I recommend to avoid Coffs Medical Specialists.

It's extremely difficult to reach the office by phone, and when you do, the receptionists are exceptionally abrupt and unfriendly. If a voicemail is left, your call is never returned. If you visit the practice, the young girls at the front desk will greet you rudely and treat you as if you have disrupted their day. From my understanding, there is no practice manager.

Hedley Roth doesn't offer any written information and isn't accessible for any follow-up care. Roth rushes through any discussions with patients, and fails to take into account the patients' previous health conditions.
Roth is not someone I would recommend in any capacity as a health care provider.

My experience with Dr Hedley Roth was very good, straight to the point, I was very happy with him. His reception staff were also very good, the way they greet you and the appointment confirmation calls were very much appreciated. Thanks again

There has not be occasion in over 2 plus years that Damien and his staff have gone above and beyond. Their professionalism, knowledge are great. Easy parking, care and just plain common decency.

I have been see Dr Hadley Roth who is such a good doctor Specialist explains everything in layman's terms and keep you updated and goes out of his way to ring me couldn't be happier

The worst experience ever. The reception staff was really rude. The Dr herself was not friendly. Did not make me comfortable at all. Please find a different specialist if you need to, don’t go there.

Not impressed at all with the way my husband was treated by Devina Joshi she was as rude she has no understanding to her patients needs and doesn’t listens to them along with the attitude I can’t help you with your diabetes because it’s all to hard if you weren’t suffering depression when you whent in you will when you get out .
