First time at this practice yesterday. Seen by Dr Andrew MacNaught. Excellent service, Doctor was on time, thorough, professional and made me feel at ease. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and it is so handy having the pharmacy on site. Great first impressions made by said Doctor, reception staff and pharmacy staff. 5 out of 5

The staff here are empathetic; the on-site pharmacy is a bonus. The treatment rooms mean less waiting around.
My doctor definitely cares about me as a person; I'm not just a body to get in & get out.

Attended Coffs Medical Centre today. The ladies at reception were lovely, no sour faces that I have experienced at some other medical centres. Saw Dr Macnaught, he is by far the nicest Dr I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend him. I highly recommend this practice.

Very compassionate and professional doctors and welcoming receptionist team. They have pathology onsite on certain days of the week and a pharmacy as well. My experience there has always been really good. The doctors listened well and are always very caring towards their patients, especially Dr Ian Martyn, who is very knowlegeable and calming. There was a locum doctor from Indonesia (Dr Haliz? Sorry I don't remember the name but he's really good with patients as well). And this place does 15-minute booking instead of 10-minute slots like somewhere else does which is always nice for patients as we don't feel so rushed. I highly recommend this place. They bulk bill.

All of the Drs I've seen have been helpful and most of the reception staff are friendly. The pharmacy and its staff are probably the best in Coffs they are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The main downside is the telephone lines at this practice. You can literally be on hold 20 mins and still speak to nobody, I've then got to get the kids in the car and go there just to speak to someone!! I honestly don't know what the problem is but it happens everytime. It's hardly a 'covid safe' practice when you have to go there just to make an appointment/ get results etc.

The staff need to learn how to answer a phone! If you ever need to ring this place prepair for a 30 min wait. I have even been on hold on the phone trying to find the entrance, when there was building works and there was staff just standing around talking with the phone rining it is worse than bunnings and big w combined.

Recently, I saw Dr Lucas Booth. He is very helpful, thorough and has great social skills.
I also have seen Andrew MacNaught and Monique Dickens, they are good doctors.

There are some outstanding Doctors at this practice but one that I’d suggest is most certainly not one of them is Dr. Andrew MacNaught.

Dr. MacNaught comes across as awfully unprofessional and in a general healthcare discussion, his response was “The Pope is an expert in child molestation.” Being a Christian, that is incredibly offensive yet he seemed to think it was a very clever and appropriate comment. Someone who just blurts this out then hangs up the phone on a Telehealth appointment appears to be in the wrong profession altogether.
