Fantastic experience at the Urgent Care Clinic on Sunday. I had a Staph infection that I knew couldn't wait to see my normal GP. All the staff were great, from the initial phone call with the Admin to the nurse and then the doctor. We are very lucky to have this service in Coffs Harbour

Went here to seek assistance for a chesty cough my young daughter has whilst travelling north and was told I couldn't be seen to until 4.15pm so a 3.5hr wait. Clearly one GP is not enough and they need more doctors on this service. I was referred to go to the emergency at the hospital but the whole intent of this govt service is to keep people out of emergency.

This seems a great alternative to the hospital's emergency room when you're not at death's door. Took my wife here for a respiratory infection; she was seen within about 30 minutes and taken care of professionally, courteously and competently. It's all bulk billed so nothing to pay.

I cannot fully express my gratitude and respect for the level of care and expertise I received throughout a long consult today (07/06/2024) from the doctor on call and the nurses at CH Urgent Care Clinic. I was treated with immediacy and my medical symptoms and my own concerns were listened to. I was explained how my care would progress and what was needed to be done immediately at the clinic and then timely recommendations for future steps. After leaving for another pathology test, I returned home and was personally called after 8pm, to let me know that blood tests had returned and were overall ok. This thoughtfulness - so that I didn't worry unnecessarily over a long weekend - was so appreciated. Professorial and above-and-beyond care. This clinic is so valued in our City. A warm thank you to the doctor and all staff.

Absolutely amazing service! My daughter was unwell and I was offered an appointment with an hour of my call on a saturday afternoon. The doctor was thorough and realised immediately my daughter needed to go straight to hospital. She promptly wrote them a letter for us to attend with which really sped up the process. My daughter required surgery the following day in hospital. Cannot recommend this service enough.

Absolutely recommend this in non emergency situations. The Dr and nurse were extremely helpful, thorough and friendly. They were also amazing at following up with results that required treatment after our appointment. Thank you!!

I went to this urgent care clinic as I was in need of help for a possible UTI. When I tell you that I was DISMISSED and FROWNED upon by the doctor for coming to the clinic for this I was appalled. When I initially arrived in the doctor asked me my symptoms, when answering he interrupted me abruptly, after this I was a bit taken aback. He then asked me to lay onto the table to take a look at my flanks he felt around and I was visibly in a lot of pain. He then questioned me as to why I came into the clinic acting as though I was delusional and faking my pain? He had taken a urine sample that came back negative but I had told him in the past that the tests I’ve done have come back negative then a week later the UTI results in a diagnosed kidney infection. He did not give me antibiotics and just told me “if I am totally wrong here and you get worse go to the ER”. He was also making a lot of inappropriate remarks regarding alcohol, I told him that I do not drink regularly and he kept saying how that was good for him as it meant more for him to drink and he wouldn’t have to worry about me emptying Dan Murphys I just found this doctor to be very unprofessional and will not be visiting this clinic again after my horrible experience.

I do give credits to the lovely nurse he works with though, she was very sweet and accommodating and made me feel very comfortable so thank you!

Attended post surgery, saturday of a long weekend so my doctor closed till Tuesday. Just walked in and waited, staff great. Had my issues delt with and free on medicare. Even a lounge down the hall if you need it. Impressed and open everyday just whats needed as drs appointments are so hard to get now. Thank you
