This is the worst practice I have ever had anything to do with.
Receptionist was the most unfriendly, non helpful woman I have encountered for a long time. She was so rude I had to use my matter of fact voice and was accused of yelling. I ascertained this privileged THING had never been yelled at in her life.
Then she put her full god complex into action and said she had the power to stop me seeing Dr Williams.
Never again for me. I was warned about this place and didn’t take heed.
Having had my original sleep study here I can say the night lady is amazing.
Dr Williams himself may be a good dr but his air of disinterest is a little unsettling.
Trying to get hold of this clinic is also ridiculously difficult if you want to talk to a person and not send an email.
Avoid this clinic like the plague.!!!!!!
Oh, receptionist refused to give me her name, guilt guilt guilt.
