My experience with Dr Bravo was amazing, he explained everything and was kind and caring. If I had to pick a negative it would be the wait time. They do offer a cancellation list but I assume because he is so wonderful it makes it hard to get in quickly.

The worst treatment I've ever experienced in a medical practitioners office.
Dr Bravo reviewed my 5 year old daughters need for grommets.
The appointment was very brief. I was insulted largely before leaving and will happily never return.
Safe to say Coffs Harbour is in desperate need of another ENT specialist.

Fantastic ENT specialist. Highly recommend Dr Bravo. After having a few bad experiences. Never have I been treated so well by an ENT specialist. Was so gentle during examination process. Accurate diagnosis with a satisfying solution to remedy my nasal problems. Lovely friendly efficient staff at this practice

I have never received such unpleasant, service from surgery reception staff before in my life. I refuse to see a surgeon who does not have pleasant reception staff. Clear communication and some simple manners go a long way.

After a rather bad experience with a different ENT that left me traumatised I was anxious when I first went and seen Dr Bravo but found him to be fantastic. He was extremely professional and put me at ease . He explained everything that was going to happen and he was really gentle and kind . Highly recommend
