I took my father who has dementia in for eye surgery today. The nurses and admin staff were all exceptional- so professional, efficient and understanding of the complex needs my Dad has. From our initial check in to his discharge, our experience was nothing short of amazing. His nurse Emily couldn't do more to care for Dad - she even helped me get him into the car following his procedure. The Day Hospital seemed to work like a "perfectly oiled machine". Every person working there were happy and knew
exactly what their role was in ensuring a quick and pleasant experience for each patient. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone that helped me today. Thanks so much ?

What a pleasure it was to be here for a proceedure. All the staff were so positive and professional also the Doctors made time available to talk to patients. It was very reassuring and very relaxing. I will certainly come here again if need be.

We took our 18month old grandson. He had a ball running around and looking and roaring at the Dinosaurs. He also loved the talking tree and was mesmerised.
We walked through the butterfly enclosure and spent a long time in their looking at the butterflies and plants.
Big shout out to Christine & Michelle who cooked and made our coffees.
The service and food was excellent.
We will be back.

Thanks for your attention to my comfort and care and for the warm blanket, background music, banana bread and very nice coffee.

I was so nervous about my procedure however the staff we're so lovely they calmed me down. Lovely area to sit as you wait. My surgeon was the most compassionate man and the nurse that looked after me post op was Delightful. I was blessed to go there.

Give credit where credit is due. Had a procedure at this facility today and it was a pleasure to be there. From walking in, to pre-op, and then theatre, and then recovery was a warm, friendly , welcome experience. Staff are all friendly, happy and just all round lovely. Thank you for making my morning easy!

Very good and rigid procedures and they adhere to them professionally

Critical information is covered many times, i would say to reduce errors from staff and/or patients. I can see where some with onset dementia would benefit enormously from these constant checks and double checks.

Quality and sufficient staff and the operation i had went flawlessly

Food was good quality and a decent menu .Plenty of bottled water available.

The only markdown would be for my shower/wet Area showing some slight staining and a tap needing attention.But these are very minor observations.

It's a well run facility.
