New to Coffs Harbour, went to this clinic twice first time waited over an hour for my 6 week old babies appointment and the GP rushed the appointment due to running so late but still happily charged for the appointment even though it was rushed and I did feel like I actually got to be heard, second time again waited over an hour for my babies appointment only to find out once my baby was screaming and I asked the receptionist how much longer I was told the GP hadn’t even shown up to the clinic for that day so I left without my baby being seen. Beyond disappointed with the service.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would, after having to take my 4 month old son for his needles here due to my our usual clinic beung shut down due to structure damage from storm and our usual gp booked out in Grafton, we had found this place, the Dr extremely obnoxiois and rude, desk was a complete and utter mess, asked me some pretty personal questions not what I was there about, was rude about doing nappy up, then the diaster continued dowmstairs with the nurse, first there is so signage for what you do with paper from dr for nurse, then she was extremely rude with my sister and too rough and rushed with my son whom I got my sister to hold as it upsets me seeing his little face upse, my husband hold whilst I comfort normally but he was working. She kept looking at me like I was taking too long to breastfeed my son and commented on why he was grunting after his needles it what he does whilst feeding in pain. I will never recommend nor will I step foot back in for my sons sake either.

My elderly grandma went into see a Dr Nichols and she left the appointment feeling not seen or heard with any of her health concerns. Instead the dr mentioned she was severely under weight and asked if she has cancer (which she does not). She was unimpressed to say the least and will not be returning.

I had a really terrible experience with Dr Carol Mcabe. There are many reasons I say this and I would like to list them but one feels it would not be appropriate. However, after changing doctors I would like to add I had an extremely good experience with Dr Matt Oliver so five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for him and his services.

Went to Dr Carol as new patient for the leg pain treatment. First had to wait 45 mins to see doctor. When I told her that I have been suffering from pain for more than one month then she told that it would be sciatica. She told me to go to physio and get treatment there. I said, for that I need scans to show to physio so that physio can plan as per scan results which doctor denied. She also refused to chart any stronger pain killer for the pain even after knowing that pain is there more than one month. In end she suggested that I can come to her when the condition too severe. Means, I have to be very ill to get those pain medications. Instead of eliminating problem in beginning she was telling that let the problem grow then she can think about it. By the way all these happened within 5 mins and charged 90 aud for that. Pathetic service.

I will give 1 star for the following reason. Walked in to see A Dr today, only to be told by the receptionist that I cannot see a Dr as I am not their patient. Did not offer me a chance to even become a patient l. Probably because she could not be bothered to do the paperwork...

Dr Haladyn is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is incredibly thorough and I feel at ease knowing my children are lucky enough to be seen by her. I have absolute trust in her and her knowledge. My children always are seen that day, if not by Dr Haladyn, they are seen by the after hours doctor. She is kind, caring and very gentle with my boys. They feel comfortable letting her look in their mouths, ears etc without any worry or fear.

Dr Haladyn and Dr Lois Oliver are just incredible!
