First time here. Not a first time for a facial or massage though. It was so lovely walking in. You get a robe, some flip flops then you go to this beautiful lounge where you can have a lovely tea before your service.

Jordan was the one who did my massage and facial. I really loved their technique when giving the massage and facial. My facial was amazing and my skin looked so good after. He placed my robe on the chair in such a nice wat and my slippers when it was all over. It's the little things that made it so good. Jordan was a wonderful host. I had a lovely time, I will 💯 be back. Thank you guys and than you Jordan!!

What an absolutely glorious experience! I have just stepped out of my facial and I cannot wait to jump on here and brag about how incredible it was!
From first steps in the door, amazing place, great atmosphere! Super helpful and friendly staff- the service was immaculate!

This used to be my favourite place but the last 2 visits have left me incredibly underwhelmed. I had a body scrub done last year which left me with a rash that lasted 2 months due to the lady rubbing at my skin so hard.

This week I went to go have a spray tan in their booths as I have a wedding this weekend. I am very pale and the lady assured me a medium would be fine. Not only is it too dark. It is so patchy which is so much more noticeable due to my naturally pale complex. I have no idea how I'm meant to rectify this in 2 days before the wedding this weekend. Safe to say. Lesson learnt

Totally crap!! if you spend hundreds of dollars on vouchers and they run out by a couple of days they will not honour them! Go somewhere else with better customer service

Came home from Bali at 6.30am the morning of my appointment which was at 3pm. Got Bali belly on the plane back. Worst experience ever! Vomited for 15 hours straight. Rang Cocoon first thing in the morning to cancel appointment. Absolutely no compassion. My $200 birthday voucher turned into less than $40 because of cancellation. Never to ask for Cocoon voucher again!

Most recently I had a lovely encounter with the admin staff, specifically Domenique, who guided me in the process of what facial I should use my voucher towards. She took the time to discuss many skin related topics and recommended a hydrafacial. My skin has truly never felt more refreshed! Second to this, the space has always left me feeling relaxed. I appreciate her efforts, especially during this busy season, and will be back!

My experience at Cocoon day spa was awesome. From the nicest welcome at reception to the thorough explanation of the process and understanding of my concerns. The injector was so gentle and any pain was minimal. The lovely assistant tapped on my arm to take my mind off the needles. One of my best experiences for injectable’s ever😊 will definitely be back when next in Bali 😊

Received a gift voucher..had used parts if it but really hated my treatment so it took me a while to decide to go back to use up the rest of the voucher. I just called them and they said because it had expired a month ago they would not honour it! She said that my voucher was no longer in the system so could not honour it but she managed to tell me the amount left in the left on the voucher even though I never told her the amount! Shocking! Does nobody care about customers anymore they just want your money. I am so tired of business treating customers so poorly.
