The moment you walk in the place you know you are in for an absolute treat. The aromas the warm kind welcoming from the ladies at the front counter the comfy green velvet chair. Literally THE BEST osteo therapist I’ve found. I got recommended to Lara over a year ago and have been seeing her since and each time walk out feeling totally refreshed, heard and better then when I walked in! Highly recommend you see Lara if you’ve been struggling with muscle pain, flexibility and Mobility.
I’ve been seeing Lara regularly for 6 months now, after being recommended by a friend in my late stages of pregnancy.
I honestly look forward to every visit.
I’m left feeling a massive reduction in aches and pains after our visit and my flexibility improves dramatically. Girl knows her stuff!
Big plus… the clinic is very kid friendly. So Mama’s can put a little self care into themselves, no excuses!!

The feeling you get when you arrive at Coastal Therapies is warm and inviting. Lara is the most amazing Osteopath. She releases the tension in my neck and shoulders and makes me feel free again. Can't recommend the whole team highly enough.

If you want the perfect experience with an Osteopath then Coastal Therapies is the place to girl. The amazing girls Lara and Ash make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and safe/calm while receiving your treatment (even if it may be a little ouch). They go above and beyond to assist their clients and always a message away if you have questions. Cant fault this practice at all. Did I mention you leave feeling on Cloud 9!! A+++++++ LOVE THIS PLACE

Louise is amazing! She has been an essential part of my pain management from an injury > chronic pain through her remedial massage. Also had a remedial massage from Riley which was great too. Can’t recommend Coastal therapies enough!

Whilst on holidays up at Caba, I went here for a remedial message. The massage was brilliant. Even got some exercises given to me to help with tightness in lower back and hips. Very friendly staff and highly recommend.
