I cannot speak more highly of the service I have received from this family run business at Minyama. Firstly Kristy came to my house and what a ray of sunshine she was, my feet felt great and she put up with my playful little dog. I had the pleasure of calling in at the Therapy Centre yesterday to be fitted with walking shoes, what a lovely space they have a real good vibe and I felt at home. Peter did an assessment of my feet and fitted me with the most comfortable shoes I have ever had I am so delighted. Peter and Kristy are such a delightful couple and made me feel good and I couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend this business to anybody looking for first class attention a little gem of a place tucked away at Jessica Boulevard Minyama. Thank you guys so happy to have found you 🙏🙏🙏

It would be good if this company provided costs prior to the initial appointment. My first appointment was 15 mins and cost $225 and I was sent off for an xray. My second appt was also 15 mins, costing a further $148.50 and the xray results provided. To proceed with treatment, I was given a quote for $1760 for 8 sessions of shockwave therapy. I chose not to proceed as was not satisfied with paying $375 for short appointments which did not entail any treatment, and the shockwave costs are excessive.

I had been having lots of trouble with my tendons and ligaments in my ankle and foot, and no doctor or medical professional has ever helped me in any way that Pete has. From my first appointment here, Pete has always been so lovely and genuine throughout all the appointments, and given me the right treatments to help fix and strengthen my ankle/foot. After trying alternatives, rest, orthotics which helped but didn’t take away the pain, Pete started injections in my foot to strengthen my ligaments and it has brought immense pain relief, and I only needed 4 treatments! So happy and grateful!!!

Peter recommended shockwave therapy for the spur on my heel. I undertook 8 sessions which were very painful and very expensive (over $200 for each 15 minute session). Half way through the treatment I told Peter that it was not working and the pain in my heel was getting worse. Peter assured me that the treatment had a 95% success rate and that it would improve after all the 8 treatments were done. At the end of the 8 treatments I was still in pain and he said I needed to I wait for 4-6 weeks. It is now over 8 weeks after the last treatment and I can honestly say it has been a complete and utter waste of money and time- not to mention the pain. There is absolutely no improvement whatsoever to my heel. In fact I hope this treatment has not damaged it further. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone. It has cost over $1800 for absolutely no result. I would not recommend this podiatry practice to anyone.

Saw Peter with a badly swollen and sore knee. He recommended MLS laser therapy. After the first two sessions I started to see and feel a difference. By the end of 8 treatments I had no pain or swelling. My knee was back to normal. Thank you Peter. I really recommend this treatment if you are suffering, and Peter says this is the best way to go. Pete is one of the few people I would actually call a Medical Professional. He actually took the time to properly diagnose and explain my issue with imaging, along with a thorough explanation of treatment required and potential benefits. 6 weeks post treatment and I can walk and exercise relatively pain free again.

He's also a really good bloke, couldn't recommend him enough.

Great service and friendly vibe.
I went to see Pete as a last resort after doctors suggested surgery for torn ligament’s in the ankle, which I was hoping I didn’t have to do. Pete took extra care and using the latest laser therapy I was able to avoid Surgery. Pete takes the time to explain in detail the course of your treatment and makes things simple to understand and Kristy’s warm and bubbly personality makes you feel welcome in the practice. Highly recommended.

After many months of our daughter complaining that her foot hurts and me writing it off as growing pains, I made an appointment with Dr Pete at Coastal Podiatry. Dr Pete and his wife instantly made myself and mainly my daughter Ruby feel comfortable and explained the issue and treatment for both to understand. Ruby looked forward to each treatment (laser) with Dr Pete and has always ensure to listen to her each week to make sure the treatment was working . We will continue to use Coastal Podiatry for all our foot/leg needs. I highly recommend Dr Pete. Not only professional but friendly and actually very caring which you don’t see much anymore. A beautiful family business here on the Sunshine Coast.
