I have been seeing Mark for acupuncture treatment of my extremely painful tendonitis of the left wrist. This had become a chronic pain and from the first visit I had complete confidence in Mark due to his knowledge and quietly confident manner in dealing with my pain. He always explained the rationale behind the treatment and I soon became confident that I had come to the right place. Josie his receptionist was friendly and easy to deal with, always with a friendly smile which put me at ease from my first visit. I can thoroughly recommend this clinic.

After an initial consultation re pain from a fall, Mark Sergeant was recommended to me ....when Physiotherapy had not been successful. I am in my 70s. I felt immediately at ease with Mark, the treatments were successful and two years later after seeing Mark off and on I strongly recommend his professionalism and genuine care.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with coastal natural therapies so far. I started seeing David close to 5 months ago now, from the get go I felt comfortable and at ease to share what I had been struggling with, excruciating period pain that left me very sick when that time of the month came around. After the first session I had noticed differences and from the second session onwards I no longer experience any period pain, my periods come and go with ease and we have been able to regulate my menstrual cycle. I highly recommend this clinic, the service is such high quality and the environment is inviting and relaxing.

I have been having treatments with Rob Reilly over the past two years since my Doctor sent me to him.
In the beginning I could not roll over in bed or get up off the couch unaided.
Rob has been able to deal with all my trouble areas and make me very comfortable and I am walking an hour a day.
I really enjoy my treatment and feel very balanced after them.
Our lovely receptionist Chelsea is very warm and welcoming and nothing is a problem for her.

Amazing therapy/therapists. Each visit has had great success and results for our son who is young and still growing but plays a lot of sport. We initially made an appointment for planta fasciitis and severs pain, having tried a lot of therapies prior, which only provided some short-term relief. We were drawing at straws trying to get further pain relief for him and found Coastal Natural Therapies. After the first session he had immediate relief and no pain! We are still in shock that he does not hardly get PF or Severs pain anymore after what seemed to be a year or more of agony and tears for our son. Now we visit Coastal every few months or so to maintain and to tackle other pains and ailments. One stop shop!
