Philippa is incredible at what she does and it is always a lovely experience stepping into the clinic. Not happy I booked and got a confirmation for 2 appointments for myself and a friend, but when we arrived we were told that it was put in the system wrong and only 1 of us actually had an appointment, was so annoyed as my only day off in a month (that I didn't have anything on) now I have to reschedule for later.
