My first visit and i liked the clinic and the Doctor i saw. They were extremely busy and the single receptionist was getting absolutely swamped but she kept calm and professional. One annoyance was that i paid with cash but had to wait 10 minutes to get some change as the float was kept in with the Doctor and not at reception, which is obviously not a very functional way to operate.
Apart from that it was all good.

Dr Chand has been amazing for the whole family. I initially booked an appointment for myself as an emergency as I had a chronic headache ans felt lethargic, he was very thorough to find the cause and solution. We also went with my daughter and he immediately said something was seriously wrong and didn’t want to muck about, he referred us to the hospital, luckily he did as she had a cyst burst (unknowingly that it was there) and emergency surgery done. We can’t thank him enough, he has been great and really cares for his patients.

I've taken my children to see Dr Lin and she's been fantastic with them. She made sure they got the right treatment and attention that they needed. She also followed up with a call to give results multiple times until we answered. Highly recommend.

Great and professional service, from front office to the GP. Refreshing to be able to access a female doctor on the Coast who is happy to take new patients when books are closed pretty much everywhere else. Dr Cassie listens and is considerate. Highly recommend.

Doctor Lin is lovely, unfortunately the receptionist ‘Linda’ representing the practice is not.

Hatefully rude and condescending to patients, inept at her job (unable to process a basic EFTPOS payment for a customer) and openly rude to an elderly patient who asked for a business card: ‘they’re right there in front of ya! If they had teeth they’d bite!’ Was her response.

We won’t return for fear of being chastised like the poor patients we saw ahead of us, this woman shouldn’t be near the general public, let alone vulnerable patients.

I’m a new patient and all round I had a great experience. Dr Cassie Lin was thorough and made me feel extremely comfortable. I love that she took the time to read my medical record before bringing me into the room so she was aware of my history.

New to the area been in a few times so expected The Dr to be my new Dr.
Showed my white card under Veterans affairs and asked for a simple referral to a podiatrist for my accepted conditions (which I showed to the doctor online)
I was met with hostility and stated they don't do any Veteran affairs business. We don't bulk bill!

Absolutely terrible service considering the practice has a clear link from the Veterans affairs site saying there do infact treat people from DVA.
