If you're looking for a good osteopath, I highly recommend Daniel. I was experiencing significant lower back pain and had been struggling to find relief despite seeing physiotherapists, doing lower back stretches, and taking painkillers. However, after being recommended to Daniel, I'm extremely grateful for his exceptional treatment. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. I recommend Daniel to everyone I know who is struggling with chronic pain, limited range of motion, or decreased mobility. I had an increasing stiff, painful neck for over 5 years. Physio didn't help, remedial massage eased the pain for a few days before it came back full force, and I wasn't happy to just keep taking pain killers. Daniel completely fixed my neck pain, gave me back my full range of motion, and improved my symptoms of headaches and vertigo in just 5 sessions and I have not needed to return in over a year.

Coast Health Clinic has been a saviour for me! In the few months that I have been seeing Daniel my back injury has improved immensely, I cannot believe the difference he has made to my life from where I was when I first walked (well, hobbled) in. Daniel is an excellent Osteopath who is friendly and approachable, and is honest and upfront about treatment.
He also recommended me to see Helen the Pilates instructor who does fantastic one on one classes from the same clinic. This has been amazing to help me start building up strength particularly in my core as I hadn’t been doing any exercise due to the injury. Helen is lovely and is so knowledgeable about how each movement should be done properly and explains every step thoroughly so you know you are getting it right and doing the best thing for your body.
I’m so glad that I found Daniel and Helen at Coast Health Clinic and highly recommended to anyone, I only wish I had found them sooner!

Daniel is an outstanding Osteopath. I previously had a long term issue with my shoulder that restricted Sports, work and general lifestyle but after seeing Daniel he has fully restored my shoulder movement and range. I'm doing things again now i haven't done for a long time.

I initially went to see Daniel at North Gosford for my back, having had surgery on it 20 years ago. I mentioned to him that l had tendinitis in my Achilles tendon, that a Podiatrist had told me they couldn't remedy. Daniel treated it with some dry needling, deep tissue massage and targeted exercise. I am virtually pain free now.
