I go to Andrew for professional supervision. I pay for my own supervision as a part of my Social Worker registration and I would say it is money really well spent and would continue with Andrew even if it was not a part of the requirement for my work and registration.
Andrew pushes me and challenges the way I approach my clients. It was hard to find someone who understands working with people with a disability and mental health who was not solely based in a medical model.
