I have had a very bad experience with the reception ,at Karralee. After already having had 2 scans at different places.I had to come to you to have prp. So with referrals in hand I made another appointment. I was told that there might be results by Friday, so I left it to Monday to ring. I was told she could not give me the results and I had to go back to my doctor once again . So I went to the doctors and asked is this the printed referral. Yes she said. Luckily they email it to the Kenmore branch and I was able to get an appointment in 3 weeks. I Was able to log into my patient portal and see my scans and X-rays for myself. So the very rude female person at Karralee, who would not offer any help at all and in fact was very rude, I was able to step around her. 😒 after 4 months of pain I am keen to get some relief.

I recently visited Clinrad at karaleee for a procedure I really wasn't looking forward to and was very stressed about it. The staff and doctor were extremely helpful amazing. They made the whole experience stress free and relaxing and found the procedure painless. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone especially the people that can get a bit overwhelmed. Thank you!
