My 6 year old daughter had her first ever blood test today. Absolute pros. In and out with her feeling safe and cared for. Thank you ladies for helping her feel ok and for getting the needle in and done so fast.

Over an hour wait with two staff roster on for Saturday morning. People are being called in at a VERY slow rate. At least three people have left, one of which arrived well before I did and his number still has not been called.

Edit: Total wait time: 1 hour 45 minutes for a 5 minute blood draw.

One of the staff members came out to call numbers and when people didn't show as they had left she had the temerity to make a joke saying that it was bad bingo. She was told that a lot of people had left. They literally went from number 4 to 16 in less than 5 minutes.

No apology, no explanation.

I came in a a quiet time so I didn't have to wait at all. The woman that took my blood was lovely and we had a pleasant little chat while she was plugging details into the system. Was incredibly gentle putting the needle in, I barely felt it at all. I'm thinking I'll get my blood taken here next time I need it drawn.

I came 20min before advertised lunch break. She told me to come back an hour and 20min later as she wanted her lunch break early. Only one other person in office waiting.

Clinipath needs to be a lot more clear on times for different tests.

Keep to your advertised times please. People plan around that...

I’ve been bringing my Dad in for weekly blood tests for four months now and will continue to do so weekly until we kiss him good bye and he no longer walks by our side. Every week we go in we are met with smiles, kindness , respect and empathy. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and calm environment during times of stress uncertainty and heart ache. I can not recommend your health care enough. Thank you 🙏🏼

Jenny just took my bloods and did a wonderful job. I'm quite scared of needles, but there was no pain and she was so calm the whole way through.

I'll be making this my regular for any future clinipath appointments.

Really slow, so it's really busy with long wait times. It's as though they purposely take 10 minutes with each patient. Ladies are friendly though.

I’ve been attending this clinipath branch for a few years now and Samira has been a delight... something which I never thought I’d say about any phlebotomist!

I have an extreme fear of needles and she has always helped me through each blood test. More than anything, we’ve also become friends now!

So glad that there is a branch near home as previously I had to go to Spearwood. And even better now that the branch is also open on Saturdays!

I’m currently doing my GTT and Samira’s made a point to check on me constantly as she knows I can get a bit light headed.

Thank you Samira and Clinipath Success for such friendly and awesome service. I don’t fear needles as much these days!
