Turned up near closing hour and got greeted by a lady who then took me for my blood test. While she wasn’t the most social initially, I said I didn’t feel comfortable with needles and after that she was very nice and began talking more. The needle went in a lot quicker than I would’ve thought and I didn’t notice a thing because I was just talking to the lady, and before I knew it, it was done. She then told me that talking was the best way around the fear, and I relised what a kind thing she had done for me.

Opening time is 8am at 525 Stirling Hwy. 10 people waiting.
Called clinipath at 820 am to find out why it was closed . They didn’t know why their employee had not shown up and suggested going elsewhere.

staff forgot to collect 1 of the vials when my daughter had a blood test, so she had to go for a repeat test. they couldn't find the vein, so left the needle in whilst another staff member kitted up & had a try, my daughter fainted and we left with no blood collected. I will not take my children there again.

Scott the nurse was very methodical, professional, and efficient. Though my wife's veins are notoriously difficult to find, Scott was able to find them easily and painlessly. We were in and out in 10 minutes (also because we arrived 2 minutes before they opened).
Overall a great experience.

Eric st is the worst Clinipath Have come here for a numerous blood tests. Opens at 8 am but everytime nurse doesn't turn up till 8.20 then starts to logging in computer etc. So slow. People are queued in the waiting room. Very disrespectful. Won't be back

If I could give 0 star, I would! The Asian Lady with short hair Vietnamese accent who took my blood did not know what she was doing. She couldn’t find my veins but she still insisted to put the big needle in. It feels like someone stabbing my arm, I was already in pain and held my tears. She still doesn’t care , she thinks maybe I did not drink enough water! It was not my fault that I did not have veins showings. I never had a problem took blood test elsewhere. You are definitely incompetent! She finally took my blood using what she called “ butterfly needle “ and my blood taken just fine. She said it was supposed to be for a baby. If you know a good service, it doesn’t matter whether its for a baby or not. Everyone is different and she supposed to have experience to know that! She definitely is inexperienced and shouldn’t be working there. I will send a complaint letter to the business. Thanks for poking two holes in my arms!

I have been attending this practice for over 2 years now in the Cottesloe Medical Centre. Initially for fortnightly blood tests to see how my chemo has done fighting stage 4 appendix cancer and then, during the last 18 months of NED, for cancer surveillance. I continued working full time during treatment. I am very happy with their services and have no complaints. Professional. Efficient. Friendly. I always check the opening hours, know how busy they can be and plan around them. They have always made sure my oncologist gets my results in time.

Arrived at clinic and was closed during opening hours. A staff never of clinipath even arrived and didn’t know it was closed.

This clinic is a joke.
