An interesting experience in the name of science and product/drug development. I donated my body to science while I am yet still alive and I feel good about it.

The on boarding process was straight-forward but a little time consuming. I was accepted in a study that went exactly as they told me it would.

The staff is pleasant and professional. Lastly, when I left, they paid exactly as they said they would.

Give it a whirl if you want to contribute to the process of developing good medical products and if you need extra cash too!

Had me screen at this location all the way from Maryland just to lie to me about multiple major conditions of the study. My phone screener told me the checkin I was screening for was the 14th of August for 2 check in periods of 3 days each and one followup, with the wearable wrist device study being an add on voluntary study. Turns out none of this is true. They want me to return on the 14th to get the wearable wrist device which is mandatory for me to simply be an alt on the 20th for the followup portions of the study in question. The study is also 3 in patient stays of 3 days each not 2, and is 1 week apart for each not 3 days.

They essentially lied about multiple pieces of information and when confronted with these lies during my checkin they shifted blame to phone screening staff and other parties rather than admit subterfuge and blatant misinformation/lying. Never have I had a facility think so low of me as a participant that they would lie about the number of check in periods, the day I would check in, my alt/dosing status, or whether a study was mandatory or not (the wearable wrist device, which they did clarify at screening as mandatory, but only at screening).

I rate them very poorly, and as someone who travelled from Maryland to screen I am beyond speechless at their blatant lack of ethics or personal responsibility. Btw I’d like to mention a shoutout to Danielle one of the phone screening staff, what you did to me was blatantly unethical and was an act of outright lying, I hope you’re proud. I will never screen here again and I recommend against anyone taking the risk to screen here.

The process time upon arrival was very slow. When completing at the office in NYC was much a smoother process. Also payment process is much a delay as I am still pending the payment for travel. If I didn’t have to pay so much in tolls that would be required to go to the office in NYC I definitely would complete all study’s at this location. Will see how the process works out during the course of the study to provide an update. The nurse was a little stand off, but the training nurse was pleasant. A positive concerning the facility is the office is very well kept.

My clinical trial participation initial was EJK and I partook in an overnight study at Clinilab NJ location. The whole experience was smooth and I was informed of all I needed/wanted to know in details from the staff. The medical professionals working there were very friendly and skillful and I felt at ease for my first ever clinical trial. Additionally, the representative of the scheduling department for Clinilab was very excellent and knowledgeable and made me feel safe in participating in a clinical study. Lastly, the compensation was very quick. I very much look forward to future clinical participation with Clinilab

First and foremost I would Ike to state that Health check ups are good because health is key. My experience during the overnight check up was ?. I had a positive mind to have the study program run through the procedure. Lastly I look forward to more enrollment for study health check ups

Worst experience ever. I took a flight from ATL to participate in a study. The screening was 5-6 hours. They made me go through the entire process to just tell me at the end that they’ve filled up their quota for the study. I believe it’s a lie. But it was sooo inconsiderate. I will never participate in a trial again and the service was absolutely trash as well!

In the Non-Invasive Wrist Worn Device to Measure Sleep Quality they were scheduling for in Aug and Sept 2023, they canceled my screening the morning of the screening- TWICE (once when it was originally scheduled and again when I was rescheduled). Even before when the screenings were supposed to happen, they didn't have the check in and check out times; I was told that they would have those at the screening. Participants were simply expected to work our schedules and lives around what was convenient for Clinilabs, with no notice of when the actual study would take place given. There was a study earlier this year where I arrived at the screening, and was told then that I was ineligible for the study; and I didn't even start the screening. They should have verified that before wasting my time; but that would have been too considerate and respectful of them. A study before that, they canceled my screening only a day before it was scheduled.

Clinilabs used to be good, but now they have no respect for study participants. Dr. Gary Zammit, Clinilabs President and CEO, you and your organization are garbage. Any misery and suffering you experience in this life (or after it) is well deserved.
