Avoid this clinic, they are unethical. I was asked to book a 40 min appointment when my results came in. I was kept waiting for half an hour. My results were of no concern, no further tests required, no drugs prescribed, no change in care. This could have been a 5 min phone call but I was charged $290 for the 40min consult. I made an official complaint to the clinic and they never replied. A complete waste of time and a waste of money. Highly unprofessional.

The reception staff and the nurse here are really helpful and friendly! Dr.Simon James is the best integrative GP I’ve ever seen. He’s super knowledgeable, professional, and intuitive. My partner and my kids also love to see him. He must put time in every week to study as he knows so much about every the latest research and protocols. So grateful that we have such a fantastic family doctor!

Been here a couple of times recently when my regular clinic (NC) let me down and both times were seamless. Knowledgeable doctor (L J). Reception guy friendly and no stuffing around. Easy, seamless and didn't feel rushed on both occasions. Clinic looks a bit basic but function over form is much appreciated.
Alas I moved from the area or would have likely transferred.

The staff here really are wonderful. I had a medical emergency last week - my partner rang them and spoke to a nurse, who found us an immediate appointment with a doctor. I ended up in hospital for a day having tests, and today I went back for a follow-up appointment. Everyone really is very compassionate and thorough. Highly recommended.

A great clinic where staff are always professional and friendly. Dr Lakmali Jinadasa goes above and beyond in her care, and is always thorough, kind and extremely knowledgeable. As my regular GP, I consistently leave consultations feeling listened to and at ease!

Had to see a doctor between Christmas and New Year. Normal reception staff were sick, so manager came in on her holidays to ensure patients could be still seen - impressive! Doctor was cheerful, clear and helpful. Recommend.

Excellent service, prompt no delays.
Friendly nurses and doctor. Nurses provided all the information needed and what side effects might occur.
They even took a photo of the vaccination that I could post to my family and friends. Simple process to get first shot and have organised time for the follow up in 12 weeks.

I've been to a GP at both the Smith St and the St Georges Rd clinic in the last couple of years and both have been great. The practice in general seems very kind and considerate of patients. Received a phone call in advance when one of the Drs was running late, so that I wouldn't have to wait too long.
