I signed up for a shoulder arthritis study because I thought it would be beneficial. I went through the screening process and blood test and x-rays. I got a call that my blood test came back with a Hepatitis C positive test and couldn't participate. I went to my primary care physician with the results, got retested and everything came back negative. I sent those results back to Clinical Research and told them their tests were wrong. I never even received a call back, an apology or anything for all the aggravation their false test caused me. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

RN Ruthie conducted fact-finder, Med history, EKG and 3-BP readings. Professional and welcoming... excellent bedside manner and genuinely caring. World-class experience!! Great job, Dr. Paul L.and CRWF team!!

This Clinical is the most awesome place to have important research done.
The staff is efficient, kind, thoughtful & has the downright "best personal" - it has been the best experience being part of their research team! Even tho am a client!! Love them to pieces!! I hope to continue in their future endeavors!
