They can't find a vein and when they finally do it doesn't matter they don't do the test correctly you'll have to come back and redo all your test, go somewhere else!!! Not professional care whatsoever.

This lab is amazing! I had to give a blood sample for a routine test prior to an upcoming surgery. The woman at the front desk was extremely polite and accommodating! She was the one who took my blood sample and did it flawlessly!! No pain, no nausea, no vomiting, no fainting. Symptoms I have experienced EVERY OTHER TIME I have had to have blood drawn. Going here from now on for any and all blood work.

The phlebotomist (I think her name was CJ) was very helpful and kind. The other lady at the front that answered the phone and was also there when I got my labs done was very rude and short on the phone. She would not let me even finish asking any of my questions before cutting me off.
NOT helpful in getting itemized statements for insurance purposes. Once again, the lady was rude. I will not use them for labs again.

I called this clinic to ask about the parameters of a certain specimen collection. the one who answered the phone was very rude, short, and acted like I was wasting her time. she cut me off multiple times, not even letting me get my full question asked. when I was finally able to get my question asked she just blurted out that they could not help me, I asked if she had an idea of maybe a lab that might be able to help me, mind you I couldn't even ask the full question before she once again blurted out that "any lab" could help. she was not very helpful, as in possibly asking someone else if they knew of another lab that might be able to be a collection site for the specimen. I would not recommend this place as you seem to be an inconvenience, if you ask a question, and the person who answered the phone was not very proficient in helping patients, rude, and should probably not be in the medical field if they are not into helping people.

I was able to call St. Francis laboratory and they where very helpful in giving me both the name and phone number of a lab that would be able to help, as st. francis laboratory could not.
