If I could give zero stars I would. Even if your PCP refers you here, do NOT schedule an appointment. The psychologist I met with gave me an initial evaluation and then made me come in for three more hours of rigorous evaluations. During my 3 hours, they put me in a room meant for children where I was hunched over a kids table filling out multiple page questionnaires. I left with an aching back. A week later I met with him to review the tests and left with a diagnosis. After TWO MONTHS and no report or diagnosis sent to my PCP, he called me at 6 pm and told me he didn’t feel confident in my diagnosis and was rescinding it. If this isn’t malpractice I’m not sure what is. My mental health has been toyed with by these people and I will absolutely be seeking care and treatment elsewhere. Oh, they also charged me $900 for all this.

from my experience, as everyone else’s, the practitioners are great but the receptionists are terrible. i scheduled an appointment for ADHD testing along with a follow up and had to wait 8 weeks (which is fine, i understand that). i drove from columbia, missouri, on the first day of college classes, to be at the appointment, got there, and was asked if i could come back the next day because they double scheduled my follow up appointment. it was mandatory for me to come in and do the ADHD testing, not via telehealth, and instead of seeing my doctor in person after the test they had to reschedule me. the doctor proceeded to tell me that the front desk knew about the scheduling conflict for weeks. i was also informed that the actual test itself was practically inconclusive for adults and was most productive with children. huge waste of my time and gas. oh an also, my appointment was at 8am and i had to wait 40 minutes. i would choose a different provider if i could.

Let me start off by saying I love my med doctor however the receptionist or I should say whoever the lady is that does the intake needs to be fired end of story the way she spoke to me threatening me because I was trying to explain to her that they keep sending my medication to a Missouri pharmacy hours away I was out of my medication and had been calling for a week with no return phone calls. If you work in mental health as she does she should know it's not good to go off your medication. She then hung up on me after I asked to talk to someone who actually cares. Needless to say I called back and finally spoke to someone who actually wanted to help me funny how my prescriptions were sent to the right pharmacy and within 30 mins of getting off the phone with her. With that being said she also would not give me any number for a supervisor or someone above her so I will go here and put what a horrible person she is and shouldn't be working in health care !!! People like her is what makes people not want to get help. She is no better than the next and shouldn't be threatening the patients.

This is the best office I have ever been to, and the best treatment I have ever received. Rachel helped me immensely and I looked forward to our appointments. The staff is wonderful and caring. I would recommend to anyone for both therapy and psychiatric care.

I’m not even a patient yet. Have called 4 time in days. Apparently they end the day at 4pm. Call during “normal” business hours. On hold both times for a total of 20 minutes then told to leave a message. A public place of business that can’t answer a phone during business hours is pretty bad.

Worst clinic ever. My wife had multiple visit with them and she would always ask how much she would have to pay and their answer was always “I don’t know that’s up to the insurance” even though insurance authorizations were pulled. My wife had dealt with some insurances so she sorta knows how it works and knows that with an authorization it will let you know what is or isn’t covered or there is any allowance from the insurance. They could have easily told her the insurance doesn’t cover any testing and she wouldn’t have done the testing. But the office told her it was covered and no charge for the testing then later charged her $600 for testing. The best part was they had her card info and just charged the card without any bill being sent out or phone call stating they were going to charge. She later tried to ask for a refund so she could do payments on the bill instead since we didn’t have $600 to give away in one go. Supposedly they were trying to help her but they never answered her calls and when they did it was the same nonsense 2 months later a manager finally was going to help and never did. She’s been waiting for her call for 5-6 months now and my wife has called many times and the manager never answers. This is the worst office ever. If I could rate it 0 stars I would but they don’t give you that option.

I saw (Bayo) who was kind, caring and very helpful with helping me get through anxiety issues. I have used in person and tele health calls. Both were great. I'm so glad I found him to help me navigate through a couple tough times.

I've not had as terrible experience as everyone else posting reviews, I was referred here by my doctor and was also scared based off of the negative reviews. So far I plan on staying!

I met with a Psychiatrist (I can't remember his name) I requested to be with a female provider but he ended up being great! After my testing he gave a very thorough run through of every test I took. He did an amazing job explaining everything, answering my questions and making sure to talk about every detail. The only downfall is that it's been a full month and I haven't gotten my "written results" so I know what we discussed but do not have an official diagnosis yet.

Cheryl Coons is my provider for medication and she is outstanding! I wish i'd found her a long time ago. She's extremely kind, relatable, and understanding. She doesn't let any detail go unnoticed and makes sure to fully explain your medication and make sure you are onboard with the decision before prescribing. I cannot recommend her enough! She will call you and discuss questions/concerns as well. Her (I believe nurse? or assistant?) is also very sweet and responsive.

I've had a lot of billing/insurance issues and the one guy I met in person was very nice but don't try to call them. I called 3 times, left voicemails and no one communicated with me. I had to call the front desk and have them get in contact with billing to see what was going on. So it's better to just go in in person and talk to them instead of calling.

Everyone who helped proctor my testing was very kind and knowledgeable as well and I enjoyed speaking with them.

And finally... the front desk help. Let me start with saying they do have some great receptionists before I mention the not so great. Hannah has been extremely kind, understanding and helpful every time i've talked with her. She seems to go out of her way to provide extra care and attention to her job. When I was having some insurance issues she was super patient and helpful while I was figuring it all out. There is also another receptionist who is pretty nice, she has blonde curly hair (i'm sorry I don't know her name!)

The coworker she's usually with however is likely the one all of the reviews are about. Very rude, short and does not communicate a single thing. I hate to say it but she's not very competent either so when she's having issues understanding she gets rude with you as if you're the one whose an idiot. They must not check their google reviews because there's no way this woman would have a job if they did. I always dread when her window is the only one open.

All in all the only really bad thing I have to say about the place is the one receptionist (I think there was one other that got grumpy with me but it seemed like a "bad day" grumpy and not a "I suck at my job" grumpy). Everyone else is great! I hope this helps someone whose nervous to give them a shot. They have A LOT of providers so if you end up with someone you don't like you could easily switch to another. 🙂
