If you are expecting the clinic to respect the scheduled appointments better be prepared for a wait of 1-2 hours. The receptionist has no idea what is going on and the doctor calls for pacientes randomly

As a place to waist 1-2h waiting for someone to actually do their job I would give it a 5/5 stars but as a profesional medical facility in 2024 even the 1/5 starts seems much

First of all the Doctor was very nice and professional, but I had to go though 2 consultations and 765lei to remove a small wart !
380lei first consultation and second 385lei.
They force you to take a first consultation of 5-10min duration, where they don’t have any tools, and ask you to come back the next day, so you pay 2 times instead of one.

I could went to a dedicated modern dermatolog cabinet for almost half the price.
Also, there is no free parking, paid 30 lei for half hour, I won’t go anymore to them, this system look like to take a maximum from health insurances..

The front desk employees are rude, arrogant, they never smile, they talk to you like they don't want you there. I was hearing the lady in front of me complaining about her appointment and the employees all started to tell (almost shout) her (in a rude way) to calm down, even though her complaint was fair and the hospital was at fault. The employees are clearly not trained for service, they take everything personally and respond accordingly, very immature and unprofessional. We will definitely not come here again. The ladies from the lab though were very nice and and comforting, so that was the only positive...I feel bad for them having to work in such a charged and hostile environment. I suspect the hospital will just post the same exact copy-print message about "being sorry and that they care" that they write back to every single negative comment. I bet the hospital doesn't even ever read the comments. This is more so for warning the other patients to avoid this place. For the money they charge, there are far far better options in Bucharest.

Great experience while going for a check up with Dr Flavia Oproiu. She is indeed a great doctor, displaying enhanced communication skills. Highly recommend her for a gastro visit.

I have an appointment at 17:20 and I arrived at the hospital 17:05. Reception lead me to wrong floor and waited at the desk of 4th floor only to findout it wasnt the floor where my appointment is.
Then it has not until 18:00 until i got attended and checked
I mean what is the appointment time for if it will not be followed and receptionist at ground floor should pay more attention to not mislead patients!

Edit:Someone from Sanador reached out to me regarding my review,, so there is willingness and interest to improve the customer experience.

Good qualified doctors, with a few more rushed visits, I suspect due to high patient load.

Gave 3 stars due to the lack of a dedicated mobile app, with at least basic support: schedule doctor visits, view doctor visits and view your medical history.. it is 2024 for crying out loud

Always super busy, including reception area, where seating for old, sick people is limited. At least the basement area - for x-rays, ct, rmn, etc - looks like a public hospital, not a private one. Small, super crowded and cold hallway is used for waiting and preparation area. I do not recommend - better go to any other public or private hospital.
