Great experience! First, the young ladies who take calls, make appointments, answer questions are the most courteous, generous, and just kind young women. I hope they are happy and paid well, because they display top notch customer service. Now the nurse practitioner, the provider, professional staff who give injections, that’s why it’s not 5 stars, and I’ll end my comment here.

While I’m on here I need to leave a review because I’ve been meaning to. I really enjoy Clinic 45. They have stuck with me through my ups and downs during my weight loss journey. My weight loss has been slow (my fault due to slacking on exercise or diet, nothing to do with clinic 45 regimen). But I have lost over 30lbs and I am still working towards my goal. They have been extremely patient and encouraging. Maria Franco has been wonderful to answer all of my questions and they’re also patient when I have to bring my toddlers with me ? I highly recommend Clinic 45. Also I’ve seen some complain about wait times. There have been very few times I’ve had a long wait or visit.

I started as a happy customer, then I met nurse practitioner MARIA FRANCO. She is not a good provider. I recommend if they set any of your appointments with her to cancel or ask for another provider. Out of the entire office I have had no problems since 2023 when I became a customer. She is the only one who I encountered that was untrustworthy. That is definitely important while receiving any kind of medical care. The facility is great, Maria Franco is a not so great provider. I will have to research how I can make complaint against her with the company. She told me one thing during a phone consultation about my medications and flat out lied during the aftermath. She is ridiculous. The worst part about it is I was told I couldn’t get a refund because no matter my issues I was still given a consultation from her. I don’t have money to waste. I worked hard to save up for myself to even come to this company for Weightloss in the first place. By the way the office manager Liz was great she did her due diligence with trying to help me even though nothing could be done.

Dr. Joseph Sleiman & his friendly, skilled team carefully assessed me, listened to my goals, and developed a winning plan for me. I have complete confidence in the Clinic 45 team, and know that with their guidance I will achieve the results I desire. I interacted with 5 or so of his team members from reception, to assessment, lab work, and consultation that included Dr. Sleiman, to check-out, all were awesome to work with as great communicators. The facility was very fresh and inviting, spotlessly clean as well. I walked out of the office delighted, and more determined than ever to finally shed some excess weight. Thanks Clinic 45!

I’ve been a client on & off since 2018. Today they rescheduled an appointment I had without calling and letting me know. Stating I needed to restart & the first available appointment is a month away. I made this appointment over a week before hand.

Anyways, highly unprofessional. I wouldn’t have minded if I was informed. Instead I had to spend 30+ minutes trying to get through to talk with office staff to see if I still had a telemedicine appointment today and if they were running behind.

There was no apology from the girl on the phone, instead I received a very belittling attitude.

So I’m forced to stop cold turkey because of lack of communication from the office. Like I said stating I needed a restart appointment a month from now & not seeing me today? Also not communicating that. Why am I not being seen this month and but can be seen next month? At least call me before or during my scheduled appointment.

I’ve never missed a month since I started. So yeah. Today is Sept 24th. Next appointment is Oct. 17th.

How they’ve started managing the office and treating clients has gone down hill. Communication is not vital to them anymore it seems. On top I always have issues with the staff not wanting to schedule the monthly follow-up appointment at the time/end of my appointment.
I’d rather take my time and health elsewhere.

Go back to the original care and communication the office had beforehand.

Maybe I can try them for the Lipo, maybe there is better treatment on that side. If I can get an appointment & not have it rescheduled without my knowledge.
