Attended the Botany facility today, the staff were very customer focused, explained in detail the trial. There was ample time to ask questions and to clarify aspects of the trial. The staff clearly explained what was going to happen today and at no time did I feel rushed.

Thank you Clinibase for allowing me to help with the RSV research.
It was hassle free, being made most welcome by all the staff.
The doctors and researchers explained every step of the process.
The blood tests were pain free, very professional and no bruising.
I completed the diary each night, taking temperature orally and was asked to notify if I was feeling unwell.
My next visit was again very welcoming. I was interviewed then had again pain free blood tests.
I have again been given a diary, but this time to note if I have any respiratory infection.
My next visit is in early Novrmber

My Clinibase experience was exceptionally professional . They are there for you every step of the way . Besides being very professional the staff from reception to doctors and nurses were kind and attentive . They explain every process thoroughly . The rooms are also kept very hygienic . I highly recommend them .

Looking like a scam. A great way to collect people’s private details. The fact that they don’t answer their emails, after MONTHS, or answer the phone in their self-described business hours, is extremely worrisome. UPDATE: Months are not mere "moments", are you serious? Still no contact from this company, despite their statement below. If they had rung, there would be a number in my call log, or a message. There is nothing.
