From my first initial appointment until today, Jacinta and Jye have been so professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
I had to return several times, as the wax had crystallised in my ear. Patience, a challenge and a beautiful work ethic, Jacinta cleared my right ear. Jacinta & Jye have such a happy, bubbly personalities. I felt well looked after with each visit that I attended.
If it wasn’t for my routine eye check up and checking my hearing, I would have not been any wiser to the problem that was lurking in my ear.
I would highly recommend Clear Ears Townsville to anyone that is having problems with their ears. A great business…

Jacinta was wonderful with my 8-year-old son who has additional needs and does not like having his ears cleaned. She was very gentle and he remained calm. We were able to make an appointment very quickly. We will definitely use Jacinta again.

Lovely staff and great conversation. Quick, easy, cheaper and more informative than going to a GP in mount isa just to get reccomended to come to these guys anyway, highly recommend if you have excessive wax build up or itchy ears

I had microsuction done here after a terrible experience with ear syringing at the doctor. the difference is so huge that I will never go elsewhere again for wax removal. These guys are cheaper than anyone else in Townsville and the service is SO much better than what I've had elsewhere. If I could give ten stars I would!

Jacinta and jye are very professional, caring and very good at what they do, I have a bad ear and don't trust alot of people to clean them but Jacinta is very good at it, I would recommend clear ears to anyone
