I wanted to share my experience regarding the acne and scar treatment I received at this clinic. I initially consulted with them about issues with acne and scarring. I was recommended a course of treatments including LED therapy, skin peels, and microneedling. However, before starting, I was told I had to undergo a HydraFacial first due to my current skincare regimen, and I also began using the products they recommended.
After about a month, the LED and skin peel treatment was done, after which my skin began to break out more severely. I was told this was “purging,” and I trusted the process. However, following the third session, my skin worsened considerably.
When I called to express my concerns, I was told the acne might be caused by internal factors and that the clinic could not help further. This was very disappointing, especially after spending approximately $600 and committing to the full treatment plan with the hope of improvement.
The only positive point is; they do serve very politely.

I started seeing Dkota at Clear Complexion in July for issues with acne. I can honestly say that she has been an absolute life-saver and my skin is the best it’s been in years. Their new location is lovely, warm and welcoming and all staff I’ve met have been so nice. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

" Today i was lucky enough to experience the New Buccal Massage at Clear Complexion with Chole. Not only was I greated with a smile and a warm personality, Chole and Danika were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. As someone who suffers with a Chronic illness, I have been on the hunt for a holistic therapeutic approach to help elevate the pain and tension from jaw clenching. Not only did this immediately provide relief, It was beyond relaxing and I experienced a noticeable reduction in my headache as well. After years of different trials, I could not recommend this treatment enough for chronic pain suffers and / or especially busy mums! With the world on our shoulders, do yourself a favour, and take the opportunity, whether it be a gift, or to take some time out and do something for yourself. The Buccal Massage was absolutely fantastic, I will be back next month. Thanks again ❤️

I saw Larissa a bit before my wedding to get my skin looking and feeling good for my big day - and she worked her magic. I’ve been to many skin clinics and had multiple treatments, but nothing has worked like the ones I have been receiving at CC! My skin was SO great on my wedding day - and I’ve continued to see Larissa to keep working on it. She makes me feel so comfortable and she’s always there for a chat which makes the whole process even better. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I cannot recommend Larissa enough! I have been one of her regulars since she started at Clear Complexion, I went in so nervous and not too sure on anything. But from day one she has made me feel so safe and welcomed, as well as confident in trusting her with my skin.
Over the time we have created such a great bond, I look forward to my appointments every time, we always have a great chat!
She is also AMAZING at her work, my skin is showing impressive changes, looking better each time I go in, she is not only skilled at what she does but also takes the time to understand my skins needs and tailor each treatment accordingly.

Clear Complexion have seriously changed my skin!! After only a few monthly appointments my skin has cleared right up and has stayed clear. Danika is so knowledgeable, passionate and fabulous at what she does! The girls all make you feel so welcome, and comfortable that you know you are in safe hands! Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with skin issues, as you see results almost instantly.

I have been going to CC for about 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Skin care can be so expensive, but CC is worth every cent. My skin has significantly improved ever since I started getting skin needling treatments and using the ASAP skincare range.
Aleisha is amazing and I always leave my appointments with the biggest smile on my face and feeling so good. Would give 10 stars if I could!
