All customers should be advised that this company books a service and never attends . They donot deal with their customers in an honest fashion. When I upscaled my complaint to manager after months of trying to arrange a clinical waste collection he said that they knowingly book Jobs which will never happen as they donot have enough staff or drivers. I have previously been a customer o for over twenty years, this makes no difference to how they deal with you. I would caution you as you may experience the same non service as I have and it wastes your time. When i advised the manager that I was dissatisfied he was un apologetic and apathetic
