Dr. Chapman is very kind and always happy to see me. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, never making me feel rushed. Explains things so I can understand. He also has a great nurse/assistant Chuck that makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Melissa has also been so nice. Front end staff is always nice and efficient. I drive quite a distance to see this team. It is worth it!

It is no surprise that Clay Platte Family Medicine Clinic has won awards. If all the doctors are as knowledgeable and perceptive and KIND as Dr.Chapman then that explains why patients appreciate Clay Platte. But wait!! There’s more: the staff at the front desk, the nurses, and technicians, and the kind people working behind the front desk are in what I call The Inner Sanctum, and must all be selected for the same glowing reasons I mentioned for Dr Chapman. I’m more than just a patient or number in a file somewhere on a computer. I feel as though I am part of the family of Clay Platte Family Medicine. And one more important detail: I am an older female who has not always had the best treatment in other facilities because of my age. When I turned into a “senior” or “golden girl” I stepped over an invisible line that made me radioactive and untouchable. Yet I’ve worked hard, raised a family, and gone back to school, and somehow managed to outlive friends and family. Dealing with medical professionals who are clearly uncomfortable with me as a senior tend to leave me feeling worthless. On the other hand,
Dr. Chapman treats me with respect and kindness. I think that is the way he is, and all of the Clay Platte Family Medicine Clinic is. QUITE REMARKABLE.

I really like Clay Platte Family Medicine. I see Dr. Heather Bollinger and feel like she truly listens to me and takes her time with me. They also don't hesitate to get the testing and blood work done that they think I need and that's really appreciated! I
don't want to just be told to take another pill. I want some real testing to get to the bottom of the issues and they work hard to do that! My sincere thanks to Dr Bollinger at CPFM!!

My doctor recently retired so I found a doctor at Clay Platt medical. Dr. Kafka I walked into the office and I felt like I’d always been going here. The staff was great. Dr. Kafka nurse was awesome and funny and Dr. Kafka is awesome. everyone from the front desk person the lab and the x-ray technicians were great highly recommend.

I can't say enough about our experience at this clinic. I'm very thankful for the care & help my daughter & I received. She's autistic & has very high anxiety. The patience, kindness & understanding they showed to her was so appreciated. I wish we would have found the doctor we saw much sooner. She's a blessing and I can't thank her & the head nurse enough.

I been seeing Chapman for many yrs. This feb everytime I made an appointment for physical he would cancel on me saying he was working from home that day. He did the same thing to my daughter who drove 3 hours down here with her dad for an appointment. Only to be told he was working from home.

I went to Kafka who saw me for my physical. Seems I had an abnormal test 3 yrs ago by Chapman that no one told me about so now I have had a procedure to try to get the precancerous tumors. Which the test showed still had some so thank you for keeping such an important detail out of my physical results. Now I have to have repeat tests.

Kafa was amazing. However when I told him I thought I had kidney stones because of extreme pain. I was told sciatic. I ended up in er 4 mos later after treating sciatic, to find out I had an obstruction that I needed surgery on. Thank you for the months of pain I endured. I finally got surgery 2.5 weeks ago. So from feb to oct I suffered horribly.

After surgery and my procedure, not one phone call from the drs office to check on me, to see if I had any questions, or asked to come in for a follow up.

I have been coming to this clinic for many many yrs. I was treated like family until this yr. I have no idea what I have done to be treated like this by Chapman. And Kafka, well why haven’t you all contacted me to see how I am after surgery. I have had 6 knee surgeries in the past yrs and they always checked on me and made appts for me to come in for follow up.

Mesyton, I’ve seen once. I was very impressed with how she treated me and listened to me. So I will move on to her next.

The clinic gets you in and out pretty fast. No issues so far with my care of service. The entire staff has been pleasant. Dr. Greer is new to me, but he was very kind, listened to my concerns and offered his advice.
