All the staff here are friendly and inviting. The doctors are all very thorough and make sure that you are given the best care. Even though the staff are very efficient, I never felt that any of my appointments were rushed at all. The admin staff were also very kind Would highly recommend this medical centre.

This is my go-to medical centre for a few years now, I always see Dr. Shironee and she is an excellent, patient and friendly doctor who is happy to see her patients and is able to help diagnose issues and resolve them very well. I find that any doctor I see at this centre is always helpful and kind to me, I have not yet found any faults or concerns.

The downsides are that they have poor time management, I would be at the centre 10 minutes prior to my appointment, hoping to get called in right on time but only to be called 30-45 minutes later, sometimes even a whole hour later than my appointed time which is very frustrating and inconvenient because patients book an appointment as they tend to have busy schedules, other tasks and commitments to do so being late makes it very hard. They really need to improve on that and better this service.

Reception is pretty friendly but I find that whenever I call to book an appointment, they straight away say "ok bye" without actually paraphrasing back what has been informed or the appointment being made, most of the time I have to physically ask them to make sure that they got the correct information just to be sure, this seemed quite rude and abrupt because it seems like they just want to get off the phone with patients, they definitely need to fix this service as well.

I feel that maybe they should have more than 1 or 2 doctors during peak hour times because it makes things very hard and slow when the centre is packed full of patients, during these times are those when I wait a whole hour later than my appointment, they should have at least 4 doctors working during peak hour times.

Otherwise, this is a very friendly and professional medical centre, I always feel comfortable and well respected, but please take into the consideration of the things you lack in so you can provide a much better service to the patients.

Some doctors here are good. But I was shocked by the behaviour of Dr.Ragavan Sithampalam when he saw my son. He was extremely rude and did not properly check my son's ear infection and told that his ears are perfectly fine. Later when the little boy started crying due to ear pain, we took him to another doctor. We were told that he still has ear-infection and needs medication and referred my son to an ear specialist. Be careful everybody. Also the wait times here are horribly wrong.

Been going there for a few years now. As with anything,
it depends who you get. There are some good doctors and some
good receptionists, and some not so good.

It is convenient in the sense that, on a weeknight after work,
about 7pm, you can just walk by and be seen.

On the flipside, it seems that Gp's now days are not qualified to
do blood tests! There is a certain doctor R who did a blood test for me which gave me a bruise, scarring and pain for 3 weeks.

He upfront told me twice that a doctor doing blood tests wastes his time. I am unsure where he obtained a medical qualification from as it goes against the tenants of a doctor helping people

money making practice. Reception does not screen patient's appropriately for the 4th dose.
If you are not eligible for the 4th dose, they won't tell you until you see the doctor.

The doctor will then speak to you for 5 minutes and claim a medicare consultation!
