I also felt inspired to write a review after freaking out about all of the negative reviews the day before my son’s procedure. So, any other parent in the same position, worry not! The day went very smoothly and my son was treated with utmost kindness and care by the nursing staff. Very happy with the treatment he received and the empathy they showed towards this anxious mother as well.

We received a call from the nurse instructing my husband to arrive at the reception by 8:20 AM sharp for the procedure the next day. On the day of the appointment, we rushed to get there on time, but it turned out we had to wait for two and a half hours, and we were the last patients on the list.
I understand that the duration of the procedure can vary for different patients; however, the nurse's attitude made me quite uncomfortable. When I expressed my concern, she simply replied, "Does it matter that he is last on the list?"
It is important to recognize that the patient had not eaten for over a day and a half. Everyone's time is valuable, and the situation could have been managed better with clearer communication and a bit more empathy.

Thank you to all the Admin staff, Doctors, Anaesthetist and Nurses for your caring and empathy pre and post my procedure yesterday the 9/4/2025.
They were so accommodating from the time I entered the hospital to leaving.

Does not even look close to private hospital facility wise, specially when you pay private hospital fees. It was an old building from inside with not much lighting. No parking available for visitor to wait during your procedure(we came from very far and my husband couldn’t go back home and had to wait during my procedure). Procedure was delayed for an hour and we were only informed when we reach there. No bed available pre or post surgery and I had to sit in chair with pain post surgery.No changing rooms available and you had to change in your chair. Other than few, nursing staff were not empathetic.
Not at all worth the money, experience in public hospital was far better

Was initially a little paranoid about the negative reviews, however my experience was very pleasant. Arrived for a 1215 admission, was literally in the bed at 1210, and waited less than 30 minutes for my procedure. No issues with staff, or the process.

The worst nursing care I ever encountered. My son had to have a day surgery here. I wish I had chosen other private hospitals. From Admission to Recovery, they were careless and rude, asking me doing everything for my son. They just checked the obs and removed the needle. BTW, the needle site was bleeding because they left my son lying on the needle. They just spent their spare time in the chair in front of the TV. One nurse wasn’t happy after I pressed buzzer for pain killers. But the young lady in Reception and the Drs are pleasant and professional.

I wanted to leave a good review after seeing the bad reviews, which left me worried taking prior to taking my 1 year old for surgery. The reception staff were lovely, the wait times were great & all of the nurses and doctors were so kind. Everyone that engaged with my little one was great & tried to make the experience as stress free for her as possible. The only recommendation I have is for additional seating in the waiting area, but overall very happy with our experience.
