I’ve been coming to this medical centre for a long time, and I’m very happy with the care I receive. It’s a convenient one-stop shop with my GP, specialists, ultrasound, blood tests, and a chemist all under one roof. My doctor Dr. Erkan is always helpful and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff are pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

I have consulted with several different doctors at this clinic since it first opened. As someone who typically walks in and requests to see the doctor with the shortest wait time, I can confidently vouch for the professionalism and expertise of every doctor I have encountered here. They are exceptional in their care. Additionally, the long tenure of many of the doctors at this clinic suggests that they find this a positive and supportive work environment.

Feedback for the clinic:
I recommend increasing flexibility with operating hours, such as extending weekday closing times to 7 or 8 PM, extending weekend hours to 5 or 6 PM, and remaining open on public holidays, particularly those without religious significance (e.g., Australia Day, ANZAC Day). These changes would greatly enhance accessibility for patients.

Dr’s are very good. Sadly the nurse is horrible. Went tonight to get a my dressing changed after nerve surgery the nurse was rude bent my finger back after telling her it cannot be bent. She removed my dressing then decided to tell me she doesn’t have the same dressing to replace it. So she decided to cut heap of strips stick them everywhere then rap the finger. But still leaving 1/2 the stitches exposed. I explained to her I work in a very dirty environment and tge hospital only gave me permission to work if the cut is completely sealed. And as I was going to work after getting dressing changed it needed to be sealed. Her response was no it’s ok. Don’t worry. I Don’t know why she took off my dressing if she has no dressing to replace it or was capable of doing the dressing. I was late for work as I had to go to a second medical centre to get it done correctly. It’s a very big shame as iv had nothing but very good experience with all there dr’s. I will return to use dr’s. But will refuse there nurse treatment in future.

Great customer service by the ladies at reception, Doctors are thorough and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr Yasar Oner for over 10 years he is amazing genuinely cares about his patients.

Not going into details or names, but I have had bad experiences with a few doctors here and even experienced ableism a few times from one specific doctor. Also, the replies to low reviews is unprofessional.

I have been attending this practice for many years. Dr Serkan is my family doctor he is extremely professional caring and and beyond knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to all my concerns and follows through. The staff are always helpful and caring, and the facilities are always nice and clean.
