Extremely disappointed in their way of dealing with things. Have constantly had issues with our neighbours, co safe come out but drive past and don't help and the rangers don't help with the constant backyard fires with smoke issues. Over 3 years nothing has been done. The police aren't that great either with helping with the violence we have to deal with. Cockburn needs to become better.

Just an average 1km walk in Atwell - where Woolworths and IGA allow their trolleys to be dumped wherever people please, and the Council does nothing to intervene.

They are useless. I live in Port Coogee, people come and vist our beautiful beaches and illegal park blocking foot paths, called the ranger a few times and they never turn up.

Really disappointed by Cosafe today. Neighbour started playing music with a loud subwoofer from 4pm... Still going at midnight. Initially told by Cosafe that the neighbour is allowed to do whatever they want until 10pm, despite conflicting information on their website (music not audible from property by 7pm). When we called again at midnight we were told they'd had a lot of complaints about the property and we would have to call the police ourselves. Bit confused as Cosafe had all the evidence including decibel readings... and in the past they would have called police when there was an issue. It seems that really there is no local legislation to protect people and / or nobody to enforce it. The police have more important incidents to attend to. I'll go on to do an early shift now having no sleep and no promise that tonight will be any different.

Recius on City Shaire modality very poor, appirence and faccede has a lots off cosmetics but without masks they loock and manly sound offencive abbrasive and eratick with pick 9f Paranoia for asimetrical perfectiunism; .stars 😱 for modality and Service Minus - Zero ...for appirence 6...for the rest can be evaluted to many secretive procedure .....

Very poor customer service ,calked thd councill and was left on hold for 25 minutes.,tried 3 times but still the same.,i wanted to soeak to someone but seems impossible to get hold off, but if you something that the council does,nt like they comi g knocking on your door, but.you need to speak to someone by phone its impossible,all you get is a voice message with all the rubbish ,wby is it so hard to speak to someone,maybe they are tk busy having a xtra cuppa
