The City Medical Practice is amazing in Sydney. The reception is very welcoming and patient to help book appointments and resolve any follow-up issues. The doctors are very professional and considerate. They are there to help people get out of trouble. I recommend this center without hesitation.

The clinic was very busy, but I felt that the staff really cared about patients' wellbeing. Dr Lynette is amazing, welcoming, warm and reassuring. She showed great professionalism and took the right amount of time - enough for me to feel listened to, but not too long to drag the appointment time. I would definitely come again.

Dr Shonda was so helpful. I had left all my medications in Perth and she assisted me work out what I needed and prescribed. She was warm and reassuring- which was great as I was very stressed to find I had left my medication at home. Her receptionist was very good; attentive and warm.
The surgery was in a lovely building, in a convenient location. I would highly recommend this practise.

This practice has always had high staff turnover at front desk with the majority rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They refuse to provide a copy of your medical records despite completing the paperwork they request be completed in person at the practice. They tell you they’ll contact you when it’s ready to collect and charge you for the request. You never hear from them again. If you email them, they won’t reply. If you call them or go back in face to face, they’ll say they never received anything. Strange when the paperwork was completed in person at the practice and handed to front desk. I’d rate zero or negative stars if it was an option.

I had the distinct privilege of having an appointment with Dr Yap today.
I have been searching for an extremely knowledgeable, caring doctor who has as paramount the care of his patients and whose mission is to provide optimal health not just cure symptoms.
In Dr Yap I finally found such a doctor.
A calming , kind person with an obvious and in-depth possession of the art and science of medicine.
Extremely happy . My search is over. Wish I could give more than 5 stars !! 🌟

Initially, I gave this practice a low rating (one star) because of a negative experience with one of their receptionists. However, upon reflcetion, I realize I might have been too quick to judge because the doctors here are actually pretty good. Dr. Hon Cheong, in particular, is excellent — he always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and gives really thoughtful advice during consultations.

Although I still believe the practice could do more to train their support staff (and maybe hire indoviduals who are more attentive and empathetic to patient care ), I'd still recommend this place to anyone needing medical help.
