I got flu vaccine here, the nurse is good and patient, but I am confused that they charged me $10 by myself and $45 on Bupa insurance card without Medicare, but you only need to pay $15 on your own without insurance. The front staff just asked me to provide the insurance card and swipe it without telling me the amount, when I asked her, she answered” it has been processed “.
It is another way to stolen money from my insurance. I will inform to Bupa about it.

Dr. Wu is extremely professional. For my children’s hay fever, only the medication prescribed by her is effective. Dr. Wu is always attentive in diagnosing problems and prescribing the right treatment. She is a very trustworthy doctor. I have been visiting this clinic for six years, and my experience has always been excellent. Dr. Li NG has been my doctor, and he consistently provides helpful and timely medical advice. The nurses, front desk staff, and online customer service are all very friendly. The blood collection service is also very comprehensive. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with city Medical centre. Back in 2018-19, I received three Gardasil shots there. Recently, I discovered that the records were not uploaded to AIR, so I contacted the clinic to ask for help. The receptionist told me that a nurse had uploaded the records, and they promptly sent me a PDF and I’m really appreciated. However, when I later visited another GP to claim my insurance today I noticed a record of a visit that I never had, with a doctor I didn't even know from this clinic.

When I inquired about this, the receptionist called me, saying the doctor had uploaded the record and that I hadn't visited their clinic in a long time. I wonder what does that do to my bills? Even I haven’t visited for a long time I still recommended my friends and boyfriend this clinic for Gardasil. I was shocked to learn that I was being charged for something I wasn't even aware of. The receptionist's response was dismissive, and the tone suggested that since a GP had uploaded the record, I was automatically responsible for the payment, regardless of my knowledge or consent.

As a healthcare professional myself, I understand the costs involved, but it’s basic responsibility to inform a patient before charging them. The clinic’s unprofessional behavior and lack of communication were frustrating, and the attitude from the receptionist only made things worse. It feels like they were more concerned about making a claim than providing proper patient care. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially when there are many other mandarin speaking GP options available that treat patients with the respect and transparency they deserve.
