Everything went well from start to end of my visit, no long waits. I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, entered a clean and pleasant-smelling clinic while being greeted by friendly and approachable receptionists. Showed my Medicare card for them to verify my booked appointment and took a seat. A few minutes before my scheduled appointment time, the doctor called me in and we had a good chat in his room. All done in less than 10 minutes, as he greeted me off. I was very happy with the whole process that I treated myself to a scrumptious Portuguese custard tart at the Central Market (conveniently 5 minutes’ walk away from this City Clinic)🥧☕️ Thank you City Clinic team!

I had an appointment with Dr. Rajat at 12:40 PM, but I ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes while the previous patient was still inside. I eventually had to switch to another doctor because I couldn’t wait any longer.

It’s really frustrating, especially because I have university classes and other commitments. Doctors should respect appointment times—people have things to do and schedules to follow. I hope the clinic takes this issue seriously and improves their time management.

If City Clinic excelled at something, it would probably be running late. Unfortunately, what should be timely medical care often turns into a long wait, which can really affect people’s day and peace of mind.

One practical improvement could be the implementation of a digital system that shows patients the real-time status of their appointment. Even something as simple as a screen in the waiting room or a mobile app showing how many people are ahead, or the estimated delay, would make a big difference. It wouldn’t just reduce frustration it would show genuine respect for people’s time and dignity.

After all, healthcare is also about making people feel valued and considered

I had the most frustrating experience at this clinic. I had an appointment at 11.30 with Dr Rose Reed. I had been been waiting for over an hour and had another appointment to attend to at 1.30. 2 other patients who came after me had been called before me by the same doctor. So i confirmed with the receptionist if there any issues and assured me i was next. 30minutes goes by and it is 12.55 and the Dr came out and called another patient in. I asked the receptionist what was going on but she said it was the Dr’s fault and mistake. So i had to leave still not feeling well after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes not being attended to. If you can make an appointment at any other clinic id recommend you do so.

I had an appointment at 2:00 today and I called to the clinic to confirm if the doctor is running late. The lady on call said the doctor is running half n hour late so I asked her if I can come late so that I don’t have to wait at the reception. The lady on the call said that it is fine if I can come late but when I reached she put me down on the list and I had to wait for 1 n half hour. Doctor attended patients who came after me. I reached at the clinic at 2:20 and I was attended at 3:45PM. I think they should be mindful of others time as patients are going there with a problem and they are making them suffer more. Receptionist was very unprofessional and rude.

I’ve come to this clinic twice for a blood test, and both times the nurses were unable to successfully draw blood—even after two attempts each time. What made the second visit even more frustrating was that the blood had started flowing properly, but the nurse suddenly stopped the process and told me to come back another day. The needle was already out, yet blood was still coming from my wrist, which was quite concerning.

In other clinics, blood tests have always been quick, painless, and handled professionally. Unfortunately, my experience here has been the opposite—painful and inefficient. I sincerely hope the clinic takes steps to improve their procedures and training.

I booked an appointment with Dr. ROSE REED. I visited her for an infection, but instead of listening to my symptoms, she immediately ordered a long list of unnecessary tests, including a cervical cancer test, without any valid reason. When I asked for medicine, she refused to provide any and kept pushing for more tests—clearly for her own commission. I suffered for days without proper treatment because of her negligence.

After reading other reviews, I realized many people have had the same experience. She is doing this intentionally for her own benefit. Stay away and find a professional who actually cares about patients!

It should be illegal how degrading the doctors and staff are here. From the moment you walk in you’re met with a receptionist who act like they are above everyone, I get second hand embarrassment for them. The first time I went in I sat in the middle of a nurse and a doctor debating / arguing about how many ventilator puffs I was supposed to take for my lung test.. not very comforting and assuring. I also sat waiting for over an hour before going into the doctor, and then was supposed to sit back out to await my results for 15 minutes however I sat again there for atleast another 40 minutes. My most recent and definitely final visit, I saw Dr Rose Reed. I have never met a doctor that does not have a single care for your needs. My paperwork was ripped out of my hands, looked through without my permission, my reason for being there were completely disregarded, while she treated and spoke to me like I was a piece of trash on the floor. This doctor does not deserve the money they are making. This place is absolutely disgusting.
