My wife and I attended the Springwood City Cave for a couples sauna and the service was impeccable - friendly, helpful and kind. Exactly what you want when you’re about to relax. A great atmosphere also. Great work team. We will definitely be back in the new year. See you then.

Wing did my massage - I came in with lower back pain and feeling very tight. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She knew exactly where to press and stretch and even gave a stretch tip at the end! 10/10 would recommend and will be back for more 💯

Only the second massage I have had the first one put me off for years. I asked for a gentle massage. I left feeling the best I had felt in along time. Very grateful, for the wonderful experience. Have told friends how great my massage was. How fantastic the staff are. Thank you

I had my very first Well-being experience with City Cave, infra red Sauna, float and massage. From the moment I walked in staff were friendly and informative, I felt instantly relaxed and unrushed. I felt so invigorated and relaxed and still floating when My experience finished
My only criticism is that the Citycave nearest to where I live has closed down which mean't my journey to get there was 30min instead of 5min. Other than that, I only wish I'd experienced it sooner!
Thank you I will definitely re-book I the future. I Totally recommend this service, it also makes the ideal gift.
