A great 2 hour experience. Great friendly staff who explained in detail what would be happening. Nice to listen to your playlist through bluetooth in the infra-red sauna. The float experience was just like floating in the Dead Sea in Jordan without having to travel as far. Lovely clean and aesthetically pleasing surroundings to relax in after your shower with included toiletries. Recommended to try.

I received a voucher as a gift for a Complete Wellness Experience at CC South Village as I’d used their float services before. I hadn’t however tried the Wellness Experience and all I can say is, it certainly was an experience. From arriving and being greeted by Maria, who was very informative on the order of the treatments and services being provided to me, to ending my experience with the most relaxing massage I can honestly say I’ve had. Lucas performed my massage and I would highly recommend booking in with him as he was fantastic. I can’t wait to rebook another massage.

Interesting and cool experience. I tried the wellness package (massage + infrared sauna + float therapy). They are all good in their unique ways and my favourite was the infrared sauna - plenty of sweat and felt good after.
The preferred order is Infrared sauna first before float therapy.
Try not to rub your eyes during the float therapy as it will sting quite badly due to the salt water...
Best to keep an hour for each session to allow good amount of rest and cool down.

Great place and staff are lovely. Beautiful sitting area with tea and water. First time trying infrared sauna and loved it. I've already booked in my next session and also want to try the float. Just what I needed thank you so much.

Bought a 3 x Infrared Sauna Pack and loved it! The sauna is piping hot and I love the selection of light therapy.

However, staff are quite unfriendly and not very accommodating. Given the price point of the services, you expect above and beyond customer service which is definitely not the case.

Multiple times we were unable to connect to the speaker meaning the first 15 minutes of the sauna were quite frustrating.

Another time ended up being 5 minutes late due to the lack of parking and staff seemed extremely dissatisfied and condescending.

Ended up cancelling my follow up session.

I’ve been going to Kirrawee City Cave for a while now, and their infrared sauna has become one of my favourite ways to relax and recharge. The warmth is just right, and the calm, inviting atmosphere makes it feel like a mini retreat every time I go. It’s one of those places where you can truly switch off and take care of yourself.

I have now been here twice and I've had such a fantastic experience on both visits.

Most recently, I visited for a 45 minute massage. I needed some help managing some pain around my shoulder blade and wanted to chill out. I booked a Relaxation Massage with Christina and it was so perfect. I wanted a balance between relaxation and working that chunky knot in my back. Christina struck the perfect balance. She was knowledgeable, and targeted relief for exactly where I was in pain. Cannot recommend City Cave enough.

They offer a beautiful waiting room before your massage where you can sip on some delicious teas. On the first visit, there are forms you can complete which will ask you where you want don't want to be touched.
