I have had two infrared saunas at Robina City Cave and I have say they are my new favourite self-care treat. I have had a few different 'self-care' treatments elsewhere over the years, however I have to say this is my favourite by far. Never before have I had such a relaxing experience. When I finish my sauna, I feel like I have just had a 2 hour massage. I feel so relaxed and content. I highly recommend City Cave Robina to everyone who wants to find a new way to relax and unwind

Anita has got to be one of the best massage therapists I have been too. The passion and care she has for her clients is amazing. I always feel so relaxed after seeing her! The knowledge and advice she has to give is very helpful with any recovery.

The most relaxing experience I've had to date! The float therapy was my first time, and it was so relaxing! The water and room temperature were perfect and was left feeling very revitalised.

Then followed with a remedial massage from Sarah, and felt tension and tightness melt away.
10/10 will be back!

Amazing. Went to city cave at mermaid a few times and refuse to go back there due to incompetence and ruining our experience everytime. The Robina City Cave is far superior and a lot friendlier staff. Cannot fault in any way.

I was very hesitant about using the gift voucher I had been given for a Flauna session for a couple of reasons:
-One was that I am not a fan of the oppressive heat of Saunas
- and the Flotation because I have had a knee injury, and it is often difficult for me to get out of baths and some pools.

I finally went today, and now am considering getting further packages for both as I enjoyed my session so much.

The float session was especially relaxing, and I found towards the end that my muscles were so relaxed by the magnesium I was able to do some amazing stretches that have been impossible for a long time. I will wait to see how long the effect lasts, but my initial thought is that it has been a heavenly experience.

My skin even has a lovely glow from the combination of the sauna and float. The Infrared sauna, although hot, was not stuffy like the steam saunas I have been in, so it was easily bearable.

The lovely friendly attendant (apologies for not getting a name!) was so helpful, she put me at ease immediately with her polished customer service skills.

In all, it was a fabulous session, I can’t believe it took me so long to do it. I will be back, and will be recommending it highly to my friends.
