My experiences have always been amazing at City Cave and it is always so relaxing. I recently had a remedial massage by Roland which was honestly the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend requesting him if you’re getting a massage here! All my knots and sore spots on my neck and shoulders are gone. Thank you so much team!

Received a gift voucher for the full wellness package. The staff were friendly and the facilities were really clean and well maintained. Aesthetically, the space was very calming. The float was a highlight for me! Being the first time in a float, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The rain shower with toiletries provided was great to finish off. Will be back!

I’ve been here for two massages and a float therapy session now. Prem was very attentive, great with easing tension in my upper back and shoulders, adjusting pressure as requested and went overtime in both instances as he had some free time before his next booking.

Float therapy was also very relaxing and helped to calm me down both physically and mentally.

Special thanks once again to Prem and also the staff at the front desk who were all approachable and helpful. They all added to the calm and relaxing atmosphere at City Cave Parramatta.

My wife recently had a massage here and was very disappointed that they didn't inform her the masseuse was male. She couldn't relax and was annoyed. She couldn't have half of her body massaged and felt was a waste of money. Lift your game. Disgraceful to not inform people the masseuse is male who is getting his perv on. He even asked if he could massage her front. Shameful service. Females for females or let the customer know.

This was our first city cave experience and we will definitely be back! The amenities and spaces as so clean and well thought out. It’s a really nice venue. Our experience was incredible too, the sauna and float are scary what we needed to reset mentally for the break.
The highlight though? The beautiful lady who served us - Marika! She’s a bundle of joy and kindness, she made our experience unforgettable. She radiates positivity and deserves so much appreciation from the owner for making guests feel as comfortable as she does!

I had an excellent 60 min massage with Prem this morning. He was professional, attentive, checked on how I was going with the pressure every now and then, and a very skilled masseuse.
My husband attends weekly for floats, I’ve had a couple of floats (not really my thing) and a few massages now, so we are regular customers. The venue is always lovely, clean, and peaceful. The admin/booking side of things can be frustrating at times, but apart from that we’re happy customers.

Exceeded my expectations. I had a stressful day at work and made a spontaneous decision to go. The manager squeezed me in and I'm so greatful she did. It's soooo peaceful and tranquil in there. You get your own space,shower, towels etc. It's a lovely space. The girl at the desk was also amazing and accomodating, took me through promptly and showed me the different lights 💜 It's a must... my skin felt amazing after....
I purchased a package so I will definitely be back.
