Took me 3 years to pluck up the courage to have a float which I received as a gift voucher for Mother’s Day! On day of expiry I went into the Noosa venue and the whole experience was amazing . Brilliant massage, followed by beautiful tea (which I subsequently purchased), then a relaxing 1 hour float. Initially I couldn’t relax but after doing some deep breathing, my body gave in and I relaxed. Showers before and after the float as well as plenty of rest time if you want it. Staff were amazing. I’m converted.

I had a wonderful first experience at city cave Noosa, I was visiting family in the area and have always wanted to try it out and I’m glad I did! It was a very relaxing experience and all the staff were extremely friendly!
I did the infrared sauna and massage, my massage was the best I have ever had in my life, fantastic massage therapist!
I will definitely be coming back and even visiting my local city cave!

I have been a long time customer and fan of City Cave Noosa for several years now, and it just keeps better and better. I had my first massage there with Karen a couple weeks ago and she was incredible. She went above and beyond with my service when I was in severe pain, and was just so caring and attentive to making sure I left feeling better. Highly recommend her, and visiting this location for any of their services.

Noosa City Caves is an absolute gem! I always leave feeling rejuvenated after a session in the infrared sauna. Mel’s massages are consistently fantastic—I’ve had a couple, and each one has been top-notch. Karyn is superb and truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful experience at City Cave Noosa.
Such a calming and peaceful atmosphere with all of the staff being so genuinely warm and kind, explaining all procedures in great detail and again being genuinely interested in your well being.
10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a de-stress or a bit of me time. I’d give higher than 5 stars if I could.
My massage was honestly the best one I’ve ever had in my life, Karyn was amazing and I was living on a cloud when I left.
