I had the most wonderful massage with Noemi this morning. She was very attentive in what I wanted and needed to achieve from the massage and genuinely cared about my massage experience, health and well-being.

We enjoyed our couples float session. This was our second time doing it, and it’s a nice, relaxing experience which is quite different from other things that we’ve tried.
The service was great, and the overall setup at Newstead is quite nice. We did our float session and then ended up just enjoying their relaxation room afterwards for a good long time. We both felt very calm and zen after leaving.

Had a massage with Louis who was able to find a knot causing me back issues, he referred me to get dry needling and the issue has been fixed. His massage was also great. Great guy 🙂

I had an incredible massage with Noemi at City Cave Newstead last week, and I was thoroughly impressed! The experience was 10/10. I had hurt my lower back, Noemi was very professional and was able to give me a lot more movement back and relieve a lot of pain. I left feeling rejuvenated and can’t recommend her enough! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
