The facilities here are great! The staff are always really friendly especially Barb. The Sauna and Float rooms are very clean, and have a really nice ambience. The tea's are delicious and perfect to end with. It's just all so relaxing! Highly recommend!

Incredible Experience!
I had a massage yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment it started, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. Stephanie was attentive, intuitive, and had the perfect pressure throughout. I left feeling so much lighter, both physically and mentally. Facilities and saunas are awesome. Front of house Staff definitely need some work, they seem completely uninterested in the customer experience and generally unhappy to be working their shifts. Online booking system needs some work too. Beautiful place though.

I highly recommend this place if you want to spend your rest and relax day. My frineds and I had the infrared sauna, floating pool and massage. They have exceptional service, Barbara is really accomodating and knows well what she is doing. I also enjoyed my massage which is ultimately relaxing, I highly recommend Stephanie she gave me the best full body massage experience. I would love to visit this place again.

As soon as you step into City Cave Mosman, you relax instantly! The staff are all so welcoming, being greeted and taken to the lounge area for a tea or sparkling water, then let the unwinding begin.
Each treatment room, actually the whole salon, is impeccably clean, and so quiet and zen. Every treatment was equally pampering, relaxing and nourishing, just what I needed. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after just the 45min sauna, followed by a 60min float and a massage, I was completely walking on cloud 9 as I floated out of the tranquility of City Cave and back to reality! I can’t recommend City Cave Mosman more highly 👏👏👏

Take a moment out of life and relax at the cave. I was curious and sceptical about it, but after three visits, I'm hooked and am now adjusting my budget to accommodate this in my self care time. Choose between the infra-red sauna, float bath, or massage or combine them. Not only is it good for your mind, but it's good for your body too.
The staff are very approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The ambience oozes relax. The facilities are high-end yet chill. Ipad options for the sauna so you can listen or watch or chill.

I found the price range and package options are doable and reasonable.

Plus complimentary tea, sparkling water and a beauty bar. So you can extend the relaxing a touch longer in their lounge.

It's certainly a key part of the wellness tribe and great for body recovery.
