Going through cancer at the moment and the red sauna has been my saving grace. I can be very very unwell and come here and it takes all the toxins out of your body. Your skin feels soft for days and you sleep so well afterwards it’s really wonderful.

Just had my first float at City Cave at the Q Centre in Mermaid Waters - it was amazing! So perfectly relaxing and restful.
The whole place was peaceful and very clean with private rooms for couples or singles with your own shower. The room was warm, the water was warm and inviting - you easily float in the warm magnesium shallow bath.
There are sauna rooms and massage rooms available too so you can have a delightful entire pampering experience.
Then afterwards, you can just sit in the cosy chairs and enjoy a tea or water before you return to the outside world.
I've already booked another float for next week!

Always a relaxing experience! Having your own music is a great addition! Fluffy towels and cold water! Our sauna was making a noise so was a little distracting when trying to relax but we will be back!

Relaxing float at City Cave today- my first soak at this location and the fit out of the property impressed from stepping in the door right through to the tiled float room with its easy to get into spacious float bath. My hair loved the shampoo and left soooooo relaxed!

A magnesium float is a perfect way to switch off for an hour while the muscles and mind absorb the healing benefits of this magical mineral. City Cave offers exceptional facilities that are lux clean and tidy. I highly recommend it!!

It was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. Matt is very knowledgeable and spent time sorting out the problems that I’m experiencing due to a heavy training load. He explained every step and why he was treating the issues as he was. I will 100% be back and can highly recommend Matt
