What an amazing experience... Ellisse & the team were amazing. From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed & at ease, the waiting area so relaxing. I enjoyed lovely tea (a must to purchase detoxing tea).
I had a package that incorporated the infra-red Sauna, then the Magnesium Sulphate Float & best massage from Vesna.
This was given to me as a gift & the health benefits were felt immediately.
Can't wait for the next visit, I truly believe that regular visits will help with my condition.

We recently did the couples sauna and massage package at City Cave Liverpool and had such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the space felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The infrared sauna was incredibly relaxing and set the perfect tone before our massages. The built in Bluetooth speaker added to our comfort, we selected tunes we wanted to relax to.

The massage therapists were fantastic – professional, attentive, and really made sure we were comfortable throughout. It was the perfect balance of therapeutic and soothing. We both walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about when we can come back.

Amazing first experience! Customer service is next level. Felt so comfortable there and a huge kudos for having size inclusive robes.

Had a remedial massage with Brendan, he was absolutely phenomenal. I was very at ease and felt safe and comfortable. He explained what he was doing and explaining how my body worked and responded.

Very friendly and welcoming. 1st time experience with great introduction in a very calming setting. Both Sauna and float were relaxing, the studio was very clean and a lovely refreshing tea to sit and enjoy when completed. Great experience.

What a calming vibe this place has, very serene clean and inviting space, did the couples Flauna session and had us relaxed from the moment we sat down for the intro video, sauna felt great and the float session was exceptional, felt like a new person walking out of there, highly highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing😃 Did the wellness package!! Customer service is fantastic. Mark is so professional in his work.
