I have been coming to City Cave for a couple of years and seeing Matt for his incredible massages 💆‍♀️ i have also attended for a float for the first time (many more to come) After having surgery last year, I hadn't been back for just over a year until today. Like every other time I have been, the front counter staff have been welcoming and very friendly. Matt takes notice of his clients and the pressure they like and also the spots to target. The atmosphere here is relaxing and welcoming, and it always makes you feel like you're in a little massage sanctuary. The massage rooms are calming, with relaxing music, comfy massage tables 😌 to the point you could easily drift off into another world. Thank you, Matt, and staff for an incredible experience each time. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a wonderful massage or float and welcoming environment.

I came to City Cave Helensvale today and experienced one of the best massages ever! Matt was highly professional and informative. I have suffered from an injury in my shoulder and neck which I have been having physio for a few months. Today however, after the time with Matt, he has loosened up the shoulder and neck to the point that I have now no pain and full movement. It hasn’t felt this good in years! Thank you so much Matt and City Cave - am recommending to others!

Upon arriving the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The seating area was decorated nicely and the relax tea tasted very refreshing. I was given a thorough demonstration of the floatation experience.
The floatation room was very clean and tidy and calm with soft music playing.
The experience in the floatation tank was so relaxing and calm. I thought an hour maybe too long but it passed very quickly.
The shower afterwards was cool with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
I felt very calm and refreshed afterwards and would recommend this experience to anyone to try.

Had a beautiful 45 minute massage tonight with Ronelle who was amazing. Continued throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was ok and that I was comfortable. Would highly recommend her. Left feeling very relaxed and pampered.

I really enjoyed my experience with City Cove, I had this voucher for almost 2 years and wasn't sure if I like it. I finally decided to use it and I'm now super happy I did. The floating was fantastic and I had used magnesium pools before but this was another level. The massage was also fantastic and I feel much better now so thank you very much it was perfect 🙏

I’ve been to 3 different city caves on the Gold Coast and they are all great! Such a relaxing quiet safe atmosphere to unwind my favourite is the flauna ( infrared sauna then a float)I sometimes go alone but I also have taken my friends and gifted those I see can benefit from your services. Thank you city cave keep up the good work.
