My floatage (Massage & Float) was a life changing experience. I'm now a fan of floating! My massage was relaxing but with deep pressure. The float was mind blowing - I didn't think I would fall asleep but I certainly did.

I had a fantastic experience at City Cave! The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel completely comfortable since it was our first visit. We toured the place and saw the other services like the infrared sauna and massages, which looked great.

We did an hour float, and it was incredibly relaxing! There was a bit of echoing from nearby businesses, but it didn't bother us. I came out of the float feeling amazing and will definitely book another session soon. I also loved being offered herbal tea afterward—it was a nice touch! Highly recommend

The staff are very friendly and helpful and their service is great. Whether you have a massage, sauna or float you will surely have a relaxing time. But I just have one remark, the float bath I used needed a scrub along the sides on top of the water. Other than that, I had a relaxing time. Thank you city cave.

Experienced an amazing massage with Leslie who paid attention to my trouble spots. She provided a relaxing experience and i left vowing to treat myself more often. Also had a float and this is my happy place. Whilst there was at times some noises from neighbouring business it did not distract from my experience. The staff were genuinely attentive and helpful. I will be back and a regular.

Have done both the sauna and float experience and both were absolutely amazing - in particular the float cave! Can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever felt that level of relaxation before.
The facilities are also always pristine and the staff are wonderful - 5 stars all round!

This is a really great place to unwind and enjoy the many different therapies they have to offer.

I get frequent massages from Lesley , she is an awesome therapist.

Currently getting Bowen therapy done and it has worked wonders on my ankle problem.

Amazing! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I use the infrared sauna. Private room you can lock the door. Bluetooth your own relaxing music through speakers, choose your own lighting and temperature then just sit or lie down and let the toxin and stress sweat out of you. Highly recommend for osteoarthritis, it helps mine immensely. I go twice a week.
