Ambience was 10/10 I love that I could connect my phone and just enjoy my own music while in the sauna gradually increasing the temperature as required.
The massage was great, I legit let go and just enjoyed a quick nap. I had a good sleep last night because of the massage and the amazing float. The float was a bit tricky at first, but the moment I relaxed it was into another realm of relaxation.

If there’s a review that you’ll base your decision on to book in with City Cave Ed Park make it this one here. From the moment I walked in, Michelle and her team made me feel extremely welcome. The space was so peaceful, the service was perfect from the greet in at the front through to the whole experience. Michelle checked in to make sure everything was perfect, she took me first to the sauna where I was able to wind down and relax, and afterwards showed me to the massage room where I literally fell asleep from how relaxed I was. I would go back a million times again, I’ve been to many City Caves across Sydney and this will be the only one that will see my face more than once. Now go book!

Absolutely love this place. The second you walk in you just feel relaxed. I have become addicted and have regular floats to relax my mind and body followed by tea in the relaxation room. I have floated as a couple, I have floated with my daughter for Mother’s Day, but my favourite floats are straight after the gym or first thing in the morning at the beginning of the week to start my week relaxed! I have purchased massage and sauna vouchers and will be using them in the next couple of weeks. Will update the post once I have used them. The staff are awesome also.

Very calm and welcoming atmosphere. The saunas and floats are so relaxing and great when you want to relax your mind and body. The city cave here is the best one I have been to as the staff here are lovely and efficient, the relaxation area is so nice after a float/sauna and everything is just so clean and fresh. I have yet to try a massage but have heard great things about it. Will be coming back here 10/10

I recently visited with my sister and we booked the Couples Package, which includes both an infrared sauna and float therapy session. This package is ideal—not just for couples, but also for siblings or best friends wanting to experience true relaxation together.

From the moment we walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and beautifully designed to promote peace and stillness. The staff were absolutely incredible—warm, attentive, and professional. A big thank you to James, who went above and beyond to help amend our booking with ease. He made us feel completely taken care of before the session even started.

The infrared sauna was the perfect start—warm, soothing, and deeply detoxifying. It left us both feeling lighter and relaxed. Then came the float therapy, and honestly, it was next-level. Floating in complete silence and weightlessness felt like a total reset for both the mind and body. Sharing that experience with my sister made it even more meaningful.

City Cave Ed Park isn’t just a wellness centre—it’s a sanctuary. Whether you’re looking to recharge, reconnect, or just take some time for yourself (or with someone special), I can’t recommend it enough. We left feeling clear, calm, and completely refreshed—and we’ll definitely be back!

Have been to 3 City Caves and this one has to be my favourite by far. The staff are knowledgeable convenient location next to the train station with my gym upstairs . The float rooms are always clean. I generally have a work out upstairs then come down stairs to relax my muscles with a float or sauna. I’ve only had one massage so far and no complaints. If you haven’t tried this city cave try it.

First time doing a float and did not know what to expect. I found the experience very enjoyable! Make sure you don't get the salt water in your eyes like I did in the beginning though. Pay attention with the video at the beginning haha! I slept really well for the following few nights. It felt like a nice way to reset from the usual stresses.

I recently had the most incredible experience at City Cave Edmonson Park, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to relax and unwind. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was peaceful and calming, setting the tone for what was to come.

First up, the sauna—wow. It was the perfect temperature, not too hot but just enough to make me sweat out all the stress and toxins. The sauna room itself was pristine, with clean wooden interiors and a soothing, minimalist design. I felt completely rejuvenated after just 45 mins.
There was an option to try some Cold water therapy after my session in the form of an ice shower but I wasn't brave enough this time!!

Next, I experienced the floatation therapy, and it was absolutely life-changing. The float pool was spacious in a private room. As soon as I lay down in the water, it was like my body melted into the sensation of weightlessness. The quiet, peaceful soothing environment allowed me to completely shut out the world, and I felt like I was floating in a state of deep relaxation. It was like a reset button for my mind and body, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and at peace.

The staff at City Cave Edmonson Park were welcoming and professional, guiding me through the whole process with ease. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating a perfect wellness experience truly stood out.
