I recently visited City Cave Cleveland to try their infrared sauna, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about the process.

The sauna itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing session. The gentle warmth of the infrared heat was soothing, penetrating deeply to ease muscle tension without feeling stifling. Unlike traditional saunas, the air felt more breathable, making it a more pleasant and prolonged experience.

The private setting added to the relaxation, allowing me to unwind completely. The session left me feeling rejuvenated, with improved circulation and a noticeable reduction in stress.

City Cave Cleveland offers a serene environment, combining wellness with comfort. I highly recommend their infrared sauna to anyone looking to de-stress or improve their overall well-being. I’ll definitely be returning!

Lovely staff, very relaxing experience, heaps of parking. The pricing isn’t super cheap but relative to other floats it’s on par! They also have pretty good specials. The pools are open and not the usual pods that other venues have, but the experience is still great- the room is spacious but still small enough that it still feels cosy without the pod.

The follow up messages are thoughtful and spaces are always clean. If you are a return visitor you have to bring the same earplugs and you can purchase more if you forget them (which is easy to do!). Overall would recommend both the float and infrared sauna experiences, especially if you pay for the intro packs to get the good price!

What an amazing experience! Life saving for such severe back pain! After five days in hospital with severe pain when suffering a back injury last week and being diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis I went to City Cave Cleveland for an infrared sauna and a float therapy session. I was desperate for some pain relief and had read that both these services help inflammation and joint pain. I was only able to limp in and barely able to bend or move without spasming pain in my lumber area of my back. After 45 minutes in the sauna, I was able to carefully bend my back without spasms and felt such a relief from pain. This was complimented beautifully by the weightlessness of the 60 minute Float in the Magnesium pool that allowed my seized and painful back to relax. The pain has not gone however the aggravation and spasms have gone freeing me up to walk properly. The sauna and float provided me so much more relief then any of the pain killers I have been taking.
The team looked after me so well. They were really knowledgeable about the services and so caring with making sure I was ok.

It was my first time. The staff were amazing, they explained everything to me. The facility was clean and the float room was very peaceful. I highly recommend the float. I feel very relaxed and my muscles aren’t as tight.

Always love coming to City Cave Cleveland. It is nice and quiet once inside regardless of being so close to a main road. Staff are warm and friendly and so happy to help support your experience at the centre. Both Sauna and Float are amazing!
